Burlington

I was pleasantly surprised by the stock of items they had available at very reasonable prices. Just like any outlet store, this had a treasure trove of obscure little finds and reasonable prices on designer items. I could have spent quite a long time looking through their selection. It was pretty organized too. I didn't find a single item that wasn't tagged or priced which is a plus in my book. This location is at the former Stein Mart.

The store is organized and spacious. Employees are friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the store smells funky ,a bit like cigarettes. You can smell it on the clothes you bring home too. I still shop there because they have great prices.

Is big ,well organized and I can always find what am looking for and the staff is very friendly.

10/10 love this store! Great deals, most employees are kind and respectful especially this one cashier Billy his hair rocks and never fails to make me smile ive never had a problem with him. I recommend going to this store.

This new Store location is the best. Been here a few times since opening. This one employee Cashier is by far the best. Not robotic like the other cashiers. More of a personal interaction. Not saying the other cashiers are bad. This time and age people are just a little tense. Just my experience how I feel. Hope they will let him know but I forgot his name. I remember the glasses.

I am a CEM at Five below and yesterday I forgot my reading glasses so I decided to go to our new Burlington store at Casselberry Commons and I was helped from the gentleman at the door to the manager and let me tell you I had an awesome experience even dough the store was busy and only been opened for 2 days this manager walked the extra manager and I will give a 100 % Awesome Customer Service . Thank you again and keep the good work.
