The pharmacy team here goes above and beyond to help their customers. I recently was required to switch to CVS due to insurance and I am so disappointed! My experience with CVS so far has been horrible. I want to thank the pharmacy team at this Walgreens for always doing their best to help their customers. If you are with CVS and have the option to switch here, do it!

I've been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now and please so pleased with how quickly they fill medications and the communication whenever I ask any questions. Their pharmacy team does a really incredible job.

I would like to tell you In a few words, how dedicate this store pharmacy staff is to their clients. I have NEVER been treated with the upmost care by such compassionate Pharmacy staff members like this store!

I want to commend a specific staff member that has surpass all the customer care I have EVER received!! His Name is JUSTIN LUGO, he went beyond his specialty, he took his time going over ALL my meds and even made arrangements to have my meds delivers .. Since, I am in desperate need of knee surgery, I was unable to pick up my meds.. His word is GOLD!! He promise me my meds and , when there was a glitc in their delivery system… , he DELIVERED them himself! WHEN have you seen that!!! NEVER!!!!

Please visit this store because this is BEYOND SERVICE and DEDICATION! This pharmacy team is BEYOND COMMENDABLE!!!

I was just here and had downloaded the Walgreens app. Daina was very helpful and not bothered in answering my questions, especially with how busy they are preparing for a hurricane. I do not ignore good friendly service. Thank you.

This is beyond a doubt the best Walgreens Pharmacy in Winter Park/Orlando. Cary and his team are not only efficient, but genuinely caring about the wellness of their customers—a quality difficult to find elsewhere.

These pharmacists and techs are the last line of defense against the routine errors made in the healthcare system. Consequently, they deal with a myriad of attitudes from unsatisfied patients.

Please give them the respect they absolutely deserve.

Walgreen's Customer Service (Lk Howell Rd) offered beyond the ordinary:
As a self-service photo customer; after having completed my task and paid the required bill for photos, I departed as a happy customer.

However, upon my arrival home (a 20 min trip) I could not find my photos! I called the Walgreen customer counter - no photos there! I returned to the parking lot - no photos found!

Moreover, beyond the unexpected, Walgreen's customer service (Ms. Amneris) reprinted the photo's at gratis. We were ecstatic!

Very caring staff & management. I always find them in a good mood and they go the extra mile to make you happy! My favorite Walgreens!!

Pharmacy is great, never an issue, and if there is I'm always notified immediately. Clean and maintained very well.

Employees were friendly and the manager jessica is awesome very knowledgeable she will be my go to person

Muy buena atención en el lugar de las recetas venía de una muy mal rato en CVS y aquí me trataron súper bien con mucha paciencia y de una forma muy dulce no conozco su nombre pero muchas gracias a está trabajadira que habla español es de piel morena y es muy dulce estuve con mi bebé de Brazos buscando una medicina y tuve problemas con el seguro pero ella supo darme solución respuestas y un buen trato . Retiraré mis recetas de cvs y ahora seré su cliente
