They got it most of the time if you want it. It’s a good place clean store nice employees.

Had to run to Walmart to get a couple of items realized I left my wallet at home. Luckily, Michelle helped walk me through the Walmart app and was able to get the items after setting it up.

I came into the Casselberry Walmart looking to get my tire fixed. I called ahead, hoping to get fit in for the evening. Edwin jumped on the task! He even stayed late to help replace the tire for me. Stacy helped me on the phone and it was such a relief knowing I was getting good care. Definitely recommend coming here for any automotive repairs needed.

I generally like this Walmart better than the other ones in my area. They usually have a good variety of personal items, clothing, housewares, kitchen products, appliances, & other odds and ends. It can get busy at times, & sometimes the self checkout lines are long. (September 30, 2020)

I love this Walmart. I choose to go here over many others honestly. But last night I go in around 9pm to get a few shirts. When I go to pay, there’s some lines forming and I guess the system shut down. It happens. The last person who left a review was mad lol but it’s not their fault honestly. I could see the registers booting up and the screens being stuck. So my review is not regarding the system crashing. It was out of their hands.

My complaint or rather, my suggestion is train your staff on incident management. The way it was handled was terrible lol. No communication, no control, no forward thinking plans. We worked together as customers to try and tell more people that the system was down.

I’m unsure if the system down affected the intercom system. If it was affected then I understand why it wasn’t used for an announcement. If it was functional then they should have made a store wide announcement stating the issue, stating that it has been down for 10 minutes and they are not sure if it will be up soon. Then updating everyone every 10 mins or so.

Next step is to close the front doors and not let more people in, but have the side doors available for people to leave. Have a designated area where they can drop their carts and items off for staff to collect and restock.

Another option was have staff walking around making loud announcements. What I observed is while this system was crashed, people were still coming in and shopping then eventually they shutdown the store after an hour of the system being down. Yes I waited an hour in line with 3 shirts just to watch because I had nothing better to do lol.

Also, since people are jerks, I would have notified Casselberry Police and have them show some police presence for the looters or just angry people in general. I watched a guy walk out with a cart of things lol. That’s not cool. They should be trained and I feel bad that they were not trained. They were lucky that people were pretty calm and when they announced that the store is now closed at 10pm, everyone calmly left.

Always plan for the worst. Plan for the what if? Active shooter, major storm, building on fire, building hit with a bomb, building being taken over by looters, etc. The safety of your staff is soooooo important.

If a manager responds stating their staff was trained, well, then that’s either not true or the staff just kinda panicked and preferred to make a TIK TOK video of the chaos instead of help lol. Anyway, I’ll go back tonight and try to buy these shirts again. I still love this Walmart. Rant over ❤

Really big Walmart so many things compared to my local one. The aisles are clean and pretty organized.

Enjoyed this large walmart store a little far but found by accident so just explored and took my time too far for me to go again but has much to offer

Max at the Auto Shop was absolutely amazing and so over the top with customer service and made sure our vehicle was taken care of 100% and professional and knowledgeable! I will be coming back for all my auto service needs!

I went to get a Xbox controller and was 96 cents short. Instead of walking back to my truck, the guys in electronics paid it for me.

Now that's the best damn Walmart experience EVER.

Great supermarket! Always a wide selection of fresh products! Unlike some other Walmarts, there are many self-service checkout counters. Also a large selection of electronics. In particular, I was interested in printers. A wide range of printers and cartridges for it.

It really is one of the nicest Walmarts ~ They have so much more than my Walmart!

EZ In & EZ Out. Store employees help you find things & Food section has good produce & good deals. It's a 1 Stop Shop for me.

I stopped by the Casselberry store after an employee at my Oviedo Walmart told me that the custom paint formula I had with me, was no longer available. She also said that the paint mixer wasn't working too well anyway... After I thanked her and told her she had been helpful it turned out she gave me wrong information. A few minutes later, I met Anthony in Casselberry and after giving him a color card I chose, I started whining to him about how I couldn't get my original formula anymore. And he said: you have the formula? Let me have it. Those were magic words! Not only did Anthony found it on the database, he even found the original name for the paint. This is a great guy that had customer service skills beyond my expectations and he made the paint with pleasure. It shows when someone knows what they are doing and also when they LOVE making customers happy. He is a real manager and from now on, I will ignore the fact that I have a store 2 blocks from my home and drive to Casselberry for home improvements. Kudos to Anthony and keep it up!

They were closed and helped me and my wife swap a battery out even after being closed. They were super helpful and very nice. Highly recommend coming to casselberry Walmart auto shop!

Ana and anayssa (sorry believe I spelled her name incorrect) were very kind and helpful in the electronic section. I thought my gift card was not working but they were patient and understanding with me. Thank you and it is much appreciated when you see great Customer Service
