Publix Super Market at Casselberry Commons

Love this Publix. Bathrooms, floors and shelves are always clean. Employees are always nice, helpful and have actual knowledge of where things are located. I have 5 kids and this is the only Publix I go to for my kids cakes. Been coming here for 7 years already they have always been fully stocked even during COVID.

I'm so grateful for the quality of service you have provided to my family and I. Every time I have placed an order from my home in Virginia to be picked up by my family in Florida it has been great and delicious. The platers are well presented and the food is fresh and great tasting. Thank you!!!

I love this Publix, everyone is so knowledgeable, helpful and nice. The grocery manager Tyler is very sweet and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me with a grand smile the whole time. And my cashier Jonessa was amazing, very sweet, smiling and hard working. This store is very clean and organized and the staff greets you and is very helpful. I highly recommend. In a world where customer service is not that great anymore this store beats the odds, keep up the good work!

I visited the Publix at Casselberry Commons on Christmas Eve and wanted to share my experience. The store was bustling with shoppers and when I got to checkout Dave the cashier and Daniel the bagger greeted me with a smile and a fabulous attitude. It was so nice to meet two pleasant people who made checkout a great experience. Thank you Dave and Daniel.

I just want to give a shout out to Nicholas and seafood area I was looking for a certain item at didn't see you there and he saw the look of discernment on my face as I tried to decide what else to get in place of it he then asked what I was looking for and then made it fresh for me so that way I was able to have the dinner even though I told him he didn't have to go out of his way for me but he insisted and reminded me why it's truly a pleasure to shop at Publix.

Came here on Sunday night at about 9 pm. What a gem. The store was in absolute perfect condition. It also seemed like they had a lot of products you don't usually see in other Publix supermarkets. I'm new to the area and didn't even know this place was there. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

Staff is so helpful and friendly. I was looking for a specific goat cheese they used to have and the manager offered to talk to the supplier to see if they would be able to to get that one for me! So awesome

Not my usual Publix. Publix never disappoints. Clean , fresh smelling staff always pleasant and anxious to help. Somebody does an excellent job of hiring staff. It is such a pleasure to be treated by staff as if they are glad you came by. Sadly most establishments do not care.

Variety, Variety, Variety! Plus always well stocked . The competition lacks this for sure. (ALDI) Value, savings, and quality products everytime.

This location was very clean and very well stocked. It's kind of amazing how abundant food is in America and it really kind of hits you in the face when one enters such a well stocked, polished and merchandised super market. The staff here was so incredibly friendly and even though they offer self checkout, it was a pleasure to talk to the clerk. I had a great experience.
