Over 27 years ago, my mother-in-law suggested I get my ring cleaned here. I was happy with them then and I am thrilled with them now. I needed to have it sized. After they looked at the setting, they made me aware of the prongs being bent. Very grateful to be made anware and get it fixed ASAP. Having the crown replaced was much needed and they did so quickly and professionally. Putting the ring on my finger today made me as happy as the first time I put it on my finger.

Fadel’s always does an amazing job with my jewelry! My husband bought my engagement ring here, we got my wedding band here as well and he bought a necklace for our first anniversary a couple of years ago! The service is incredible and every time they give me a time estimation on when things are done, it is always done sooner! Not to mention, you cannot beat their prices! We will continue to be a customer of Fadel’s for life.

You’ll never find a better jeweler. David is thoughtful, and personable. We bought our wedding rings from him 21 years ago and have gotten all of our jewelry needs from him ever since. David is not pushy. He is honest And has a terrific selection. He will help you find/design whatever you’re wanting.

Fades staff is very friendly and helpful. I was looking for an engagement ring and they helped me find the perfect ring. The ring was sized faster than they initially told me. I will definitely shop here again in the future for other occasions.

Hailey was soooo helpful and very knowledgeable regarding my jewelry and the repair of it! She was very comforting and reassuring that my ring would be taken care of as it went in for a repair! It turned out amazing!! I have had several items repaired and will continue to go back to Hailey! She also showed me some very pretty rings and took notes on the ones that I was interested in!

The people at Fadels are amazing! They are kind and helpful. The prices are very reasonable. I live in Michigan but will definitely be doing all of my jewelry shopping here when I'm in Utah. Good excuse to visit the kids. Seriously, this is the best jewelry store I've ever been in. They were very helpful when I wanted to take our wedding and engagement rings to make them into a necklace. It turned out beyond my expectations. I also purchased earrings that I love. Will definitely be shopping there again. My picture doesn't do justice to how beautiful it turned out.

This is 100% the best place to go for whatever you need. I went to buy a wedding ring and David really helped us out and the ladies were so generous and patient with picking out what would work best for us. As well, they were able to order the band and it arrived so quickly. Overall such an awesome and seamless experience and such a good price.

My wedding ring that is 48 years old looks brand new after they cleaned and fixed my prongs supporting my diamond and re-antiqued it.
Also two other rings I took there and had cleaned look brand new .

I was helping my mom clean out a room in their house and found her wedding ring. It was missing a diamond and she mentioned how sad she was that she hadn’t replaced or resized it.

After sneaking it out of her house, and with my dads help, we brought it to Fadels for a refresh.

They exceeded our expectations. Not only is it back to its former glory but it’s resized and perfect. They had it done super quick and were so easy to work with.

My dad couldn’t wait to give it to her and surprised her with it the same day we picked it up. She was on a roller coaster of emotions when she realized this was her original ring and it fits. There were so many happy tears.
