Pho Kien Giang

Went here with my family and really enjoyed it. It came recommended by my partner’s coworker who said when she wanted the closest thing to authentic Vietnamese this is where she would go for a taste of home. The pho was delicious and the fried chicken was a fantastic appetizer that I highly recommend. Service was great too. The server recommended that we didn’t try the fried rice until the restaurant perfected the recipe and I appreciate the candor of that. All in all a great meal and experience in a homey family feeling restaurant.

This is the place to be for pho. They’re closed on Wednesdays, if I get a hunger for pho on Wednesday, I refuse to go elsewhere and will wait until Thursday. Service is great. Staff will recognize you and sometimes even ask if you want the same thing you usually get. Portions are good, and service is quick (for the most part but more of that later).

They can get quite packed. They have a somewhat large dining area and lunchtime during the day gets packed very quick but they manage to keep it moving. One strange thing I have noticed is when it’s slow, the kitchen seems to works slower but when the dining room is packed, the kitchen kicks it into an extra gear. 😂

I’ve been going to Pho Kien Giang for almost nine years now, and the consistency of the pho and incredible hospitality is what keeps me coming back a few times each month. I usually get the #3 and #10. The flavors are authentic and absolutely delicious. Huey and Koi always provide the best hospitality and service. High recommend giving this place a try, you will become a regular.

I think I need to rescind all other 5 stars I've given to other Vietnamese places in Pinellas County. This place is by far the best Pho I've had. Very clean and updated atmosphere, service was to the point and amazingly quick. I ordered Pho Tai and it seemed like before I could get myself situated at my table, the food was already coming out.

Normally I sip on the broth while I let the beef cook through to decide if I want to doctor it. Nope, the broth was perfect with a hint of sweetness; added the jalapeno peppers for a bit of kick and it was perfect! Reminded me of the first time I had pho in Hawaii.

Would 100% recommend.

Amazing! Pho broth was flavorful, authentic, and delicious. They were out of a few things tonight (quite busy as its 4th of July), but we have been there once before and it's been great both times. Staff was friendly & accommodating- even gave us one of our drinks on the house. Great local place and definitely one of the best in Pinellas county.

HOLY COW BEST PHO IVE EVER HAD!!! This is my second time trying pho (i thought it was OK for my first try at a different location) but this time i tried it at this location instead and i am AMAZED. The meat was perfection, easy to chew and flavorful, the broth was amazing and the chili oil made it sooo spicy!! I got a small bowl but i will be demolishing a large bowl when i come back here again believe that!!! I paid around $17 for a small bowl with a coke + tip.

Our absolute best place for Vietnamese cooking at its finest! This is not your run of the mill spot- flavors are elevated, sauces taste homemade, the service is outstanding! They are also allergen friendly and ask when ordering. We love this place and come here all the time. They are also very reasonably priced in an age when you are charged a fortune for food.

We really enjoyed our lunch here. The food was full of flavor. Everything came out in a timely fashion, and the service was very friendly. The prices were very reasonable as well.

This is very nice and relaxing place to eat. The Fried Rice W/ Chicken is superb! The Pho With is magnificent! And the Thai Tea is delicious. Five Stars definitely! 💯

Pho was the BEST!! Peanut sauce with Spring rolls was awesome. The coffee with sweet milk comes to the table brewing...just the way I like it. It also got rid of my headache. I will be back!!

A true hole in the wall gem of a place. From outside it doesn't look like much, but inside it's spacious and nice. The main thing is that the food is the best Vietnamese soup I've had WOW! Ordered dish #22 and the coffee with milk and absolutely loved it.

This was amazing. The food was very fast, the atmosphere was amazing, and the food was delicious. I recommend the Beef & Potato Stir Fry, as the flavors mix well. I have had lots of restaurant food in my visit to Florida, and this is the best Vietnamese place I've ever eaten.

We stayed in Clearwater for 4 nights and we ate here in all 4 nights: 3 dinners with Bun Bo (spicy Beef noodle), 1 dinner with Canh Chua - Ca kho to (Hot and sour soup with catfish and Caramelized catfish hot pot) and one more Bun Bo for take-away. They all were beyond my expectations. They were really authentic, super delicious. If you are Vietnamese, or homesick of Vietnam, come here and their food will bring you back to Vietnam. Best Vietnamese restaurant I have ever tried so far in South East of America!!!

Off the beaten path. Don't let the outside of the building turn you off, the exterior appearance won't win a beauty contest, and you can even say it's dilapidated. But rest assured that the inside is clean, the staff is very polite, the food is tasty and excellent and at a fair price. I had filet mignon beef and broken white rice mixed with eggs and sautéed onions, it was busting with delicious Asian flavors. The Pho was also very good, actually most everything on the menu is yummy and there are lots of options to choose from. Authentic Vietnamese cuisine at its best.

This is one of the local favorites in the St Pete area. The staff is very nice and communicate well. The service is fast and the atmosphere is a no frill type, but friendly price make up for it. Good menu selections with cuisine from various Vietnamese regions. Besides Pho, chicken wings should be on your list as many ordered them.

Had Vermicelli and spring rolls. Very good. Many Vietnamese people dining there so you know it's a good spot.

Excellent Pho! This one of the best ones in the St. Pete area. Excellent and fast service too.

The Fried CK wings has a really good taste and dip with the sauce is perfect! Love the noodle soup too but I was too hungry so I ate them before the picture. The plaza where the restaurant located is super outdated but the food is great.
