Sign up was simple, prices were great. The facility is remarkably clean, well stocked with carts, and their staff was incredibly helpful. Especially during a stressful period in my life, I can't begin to explain how great the facility has been. Would recommend to a friend

Needed to clear my garage out to keep my cars out of the blazing Florida sun. Checked out several storage units before deciding on this one.Dan was exceptionally helpful in getting me set up with the right size storage unit. Good service, good location, good facility.

quick and easy rental and set up online. Received the unit number and gate codes with ease would be beneficial to provide a building number that the unit is associated with as I had to look in different buildings for my unit other than that quick and easy, highly recommend.

It was a Friday afternoon, arrived at Midgard Storage in Lutz, FL...5 minutes before closing...beautiful day...ready for the weekend. Bob and Dan...were about to close shop...but these two gentlemen both met me inside and took their time to get my storage registered. While the system was updating, got to know a little about Bob and Dan, both graciously shared the history of Lutz and how the Tampa, FL area has transition and still continues to do so. I was very surprised how nice and funny Bob and Dan were...but most of all, their professionalism and kindness in trying to get my storage taken care of and making sure that I was good to go...Bob and Dan have gone above and beyond with their customer service deliverables.

Customer service is great! No issues in my experience. Update. I got a uhual truck twice from here. My rent was raised once on me, thats business. I turned in my unit because I have no more use for it. Lance and Morgan are very courteous and helpful. Very professional here. The storage units are climate controlled and you have 24/7 access which is great!

Midguard Self Storage is an amazing storage facility. The staff at this establishment are extremely polite and understanding. In particular Chris and Tony were helpful w/ a cancelation of a pick up truck rental. I will continue to promote this company due to the service of the employees and clean facility.

Needed a storage space unexpectedly and stopped by Midgard. Spoke to one guy while renting a Uhaul truck and he showed me a couple of options along with prices. He didn't rush me to make a decision as I needed to determine how much I would be picking up. Returned next day with my loaded truck. Different guy working but he quickly found my info and also showed me another option.
Both gentlemen were professional and helpful. I think they saw my stress and understood my needs. I picked out a space that fit my needs. No high pressure to upgrade to something more than I needed.
The contract details and options were fully explained to me as we went through it. No rush.
Overall great experience. I am not expecting to rent long-term but I will be a repeat customer if needed again after this situation.

Dante was amazingly helpful in securing the right storage unit. Morgan too was professional and courteous like Dante. This facility is clean, safe and well organized.
