From the time I met Tom for him to look at and give me an estimate to replace my 22 year old roof-I knew that John Hogan was the company I wanted to do my roof replacement (I did get 6 estimates-but John Hogan's was the best). Many of my neighbors also vouched for John Hogan's company. The customer service was outstanding -from Tom to Tammy to the crew. Tom was prompt, knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions, returned all my calls/texts same day. Tammy was also wonderful, kept me informed about scheduling and material delivery -sent all the photos of each stage of the roof replacement as well as other documents. Top quality materials were used (got the GAF gold standard warranty as well) and workmanship was top notch-the crew was on time, and worked hard all day-the supervisor Johnny-excellent, walked the property with me and answered all my questions. The roof and clean up were completed in one day-they left the property clean and passed a magnet all around the property several times. John Hogan took care of everything-from building permit to having a wind mitigation done on the roof for my homeowners insurance (which I am happy to say my new roof will save me a great deal of $$$$$ every year now).

John Hogan’s employees and crew are great. Robert was great at making sure I understood everything before signing on the dotted line. I had a full roof replacement and hurricane clips installed. Johnny and his installation crew are dedicated and amazing. They tarp everything and the clean up was perfect. They met all my expectations and some.

John's crew came and repaired a portion of our roof. They did a splendid job and the repaired part looks as good as new. The price was very fair. The reason for the repair was another roofer messed up our leaking roof and refused to correct their incomplete job. Thank you John & company.
