Yes, this place can be as busy at times, similar to an emergency room, but we do have many people living in Poinciana now. I have never had a bad experience in this office. The staff and doctors do their best to help you. They have always been Caring, Pleasant, and professional towards me. I thank them for the help and medical service they provide.

The office is very clean and tidy. The staff including the women at check in and check out were all very friendly and welcoming. The entire staff, including Dr. Antonio Ressy Diaz, is incredibly professional and kind! He truly listens to your worries and is very considerate and knowledgeable. Honestly the appointment was simple, fast, and stress free.

Staff is super nice and welcoming. Check-in ladies were nice, the check-out ladies were nice and it was an easy stress free doctor’s appointment overall. Doctor was very communicative and felt like he was actually listening to me. My go to doctor’s office from now on!!!

Everyone there this is very courteous and professional. Erica in check out is very knowledgeable and so pleasant! Not to mention my doctor Dr.Antonio Ressy is awesome! If you're looking for someone who listens and is very thorough he's the one.

The only reason to come to this facility is to see Dr.Antonio Ressy by far one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He actually cares about his patients and tries to fix the problem instead of brushing it off. Will recommend 100%

I come here for the great doctor I have which is Dr. Ana Rivera. The staff is extremely helpful. I enjoy my time here with such friendly staff.

We saw Antonio Ressy Diaz twice now, he is the kindest doctor my wife and i have ever seen! He sat down and explained exactly what was wrong with my wifes ankle and understood and believed us when we said our last doctor was a quack and that my wife has massive anxiety to doctors. He also showed detailed photos of what was going on in her ankle. if we had the opportunity to keep Antonio as our doctor, we would, but our insurance was changed at the new year and the office doesn't take myblue unfortunately. but if you want a doctor that treats you like a real person, and doesnt judge you based on looks alone, see Antonio

Antonio Ressy I have been seeing this doctor extremely great doctor very knowledgeable I am very happy with this doctor because I was seeing another doctor last year who did not know nothing I am a registered nurse and I am know when a doctor is knowledgeable again I have to say thank be to God I am with Orlando Family Medical and is able to be seen by a knowledgeable doctor.

I love this office. They have a very courteous staff. My doctor listens to my concerns and takes action to see I get the best treatment possible. Dr. Ana Rivera is the best. She listens to my concerns and addresses any issues I may have.

Dr. Ressy and the nurses are very nice and polite. They are also very helpful and friendly which makes the visit way more enjoyful.

From the moment i walked in all the way to checking out everyone i interacted with was attentive and accommodating. Dr.Sanchez and her nurse Sherily took their time with me listening to and addressing my concerns. I am so glad i was referred to this practice. I finally feel like my health is in good hands. Plus Ericka at check out made everything so easy for me i couldn't be more satisfied if i tried they were all so awesome!

I been coming here for 2 years and its always been a great experience from The check in process to the Medical assistants too the doctor them selves and check out. They listen to your issues and get down to the root of the problem. My mom and dad and sister and brother in law are all patients here and we’ve never had a bad experience. We understand they’re a busy clinic and sometimes emergencies arise and the doctors will have to attend and we understand things do happen. You make an appointment to hold your spot that doesn’t mean at 10:15 on the dot
You'll be seen. I’ve waited longer at a DMV than here. There is a check in process that the ladies do have to follow for every patient and patience is key. The girls there do work very hard to provide you the customer service that you deserve. They’re very charismatic & they always have smiles on their faces.
