SAINT AUGUSTINE ANNEX NEW-Post Office

Someone was extremely helpful in tracking down our package. He went out of his way to contact his supervisor and determine what happened to our package based on our tracking number. The package was not there, but explained exactly where it was and how to get it. Much thanks!

Helpful to know where to pick up my mail when I need it. For zip code 32086 and 32080.

This address is not correct, the post office moved about 1 mile down the road. However if your zip code is 32092 or 32095, you have to go to the Annex in World Golf Village, which I found out after wasting a hour trying to locate the office that services my address. Once I did get to the right place, I was helped quite promptly and politely.

Very confusing entrance. To get to the post office, go to the back of the building and up the ramp, like you’re literally entering the back dock. Then ring a doorbell and hope someone answers.
I put my mail on hold and was told to come to this location to pick it up. The woman who answered the door told me there is no mail for me here. We moved out of our apartment a week ago and placed this hold prior to moving. I get a daily digest of mail to be delivered that day and I have lots of important mail waiting for me…somewhere. I realize I moved to a small town with a quickly growing population but this is unacceptable.

Not happy at all been waiting for a package that cost 70$ comming from China for them to mark my package as return to seller adress changed I did not change my adress or move so for them to get a package all the way from China and send it all the way back removing MY ADRESS THAT WAS ON THE PACKAGE FROM THE START I thought mail was supposed to be held for a few days at the local post office before returning to sender before returning it all the way back to China for absolutely no reason my address was on the package it was scheduled for delivery yesterday there’s absolutely no reason why iam not going to have my contacts for when I need them!! I ordered something to be delivered to my home why would someone mark it change of address it makes absolutely no sense and I’m infuriated to say the least… I want my package ASAP it’s not my mistake nor is it the sellers because it made it to my local post office all the way from China!!! For my local post office to mark my package change of address when my address has never been changed!!!!! Why would they change the address on a package that was being delivered scheduled for delivery and everything

No clear entrance to get to post office. Drop off box to mail packages is situated that you can drive up to the BACKSIDE of it. To get to the front where you’d put letter or package in, you’d have to drive or walk through area that signage makes it look like you’d be trespassing. Not sure where to go.

This LOCATION is permanently closed....but I guess management is TOO busy to even put up a sign so people know this!!! They have signs up that say they are open 9-5.
