This was my first time getting braids. Linda suggested getting the knotless braids for my hair type and workout activities. I have received so many compliments from my family and coworkers on how well the braids look. I am very pleased with the awesome braiding skills at Praise African Braiding.

I have been getting my hair done here for some time now and all I can say is they are the best, Linda usually does my hair but all of them are great. Always professional, making sure that I’m doing good and at the end of the day I always walk out satisfied with the results. Thank you for a great experience !!! I had made an appointment at 4p and arrived later because of an emergency at my job. To my surprise even after being late I was welcomed with a smile and the ladies were ready to get started. I was so undecided on my style as I wanted a mohawk but I needed it to last for several out of town trips. THe owner suggested individuals instead and here it is 3 weeks later and the braids still look awesome !! The ladies were very nice and I appreciated them holding a conversation with me and not just amongst themselves. I will definitely return !!!

After visiting 3 different salons trying to find a consistent near braider I finally found a place I literally call home! Ms. Linda and her team does exceptional work. They’re very consistent, professional, and compassionate when it comes to their clients. I was referred to Praise African Hair Braiding by my friend Toni. I booked an appointment for spring twists and tribal braids for my granddaughter. Linda is professional, the salon is extremely clean from the front door to the back. Linda listen to what style you desire and gives you the honest truth on what style would be best for your hair. I relocated to Georgia from NY and I was extremely nervous that no one would be able to do my hair as well as in NY. After speaking to Linda, I felt so comfortable and reassured that she knew how to handle different types of hair, my hair was short and thin. I have been going to her faithfully since last year and my hair has grown considerably since the first time I sat in her chair. I would recommend her to anyone that wants to have a professional hair braiding experience with the look and style of what you want.

I took my daughter here for the first time today. My daughter is very tender-headed and she is only 10 years old. When Ms. Linda began, my daughter immediately began to tell me that she is so happy because the process was not painful. She also continued to tell me how nice Ms. Linda is (very true!). Ms. Linda continuously talked with my daughter to make sure she was comfortable. Ms. Linda completed my daughter's hair very quickly, and her work is BEAUTIFUL! I’ve had several braid styles done by Mrs.Linda, every experience has been complete perfection, professional, and friendly. The shop is immaculate, and she’s constantly sanitizing between customers.Once your hairstyle is started it’s completed. I received exactly the style I asked for, she never deviates into her own ideas. Also she conversed with me the entire time, which was great because often that never happens. I recommend African Praise braiding to anyone looking for a nice hairstyle that doesn’t hurt during or after with a great stylist!

I got my hair braided here today and it was a truly wonderful experience. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, and Ms. Linda did an amazing job on my hair. She got started as soon as I walked in, she was warm and friendly, and she braided my hair fast! I loved that she took pride in her work, making sure each braid was tight and clean. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a place to get their hair done, as well as to anyone who braids and is looking for a place to show off their skills. I came in for some mid length twists.From the moment I walked in to the shop until the moment I left I felt absolutely comfortable and at ease because the energy is great. It is so peaceful and the bathrooms are kept clean. Linda was VERY accommodating even from when I first booked my appointment, she was very straightforward and professional. She is the kindest woman with a beautiful heart and her energy makes you feel at home. You can tell she really cares about the health and beauty of her clients hair. I visited Praise African Hair Braiding salon back in August. Finding a good braiding salon with affordable prices can be a hit or miss. By far, meeting Ms. Linda has been the best hair braiding experience I've had to date. Her salon is beautiful and clean. She was friendly, punctual and professional. I have finally found my braiding salon! The vibe is so relaxing and Ms. Linda and her staff definitely hooked up my hair. I have gotten so many compliments on my braids. So, if you’re in the area, or even if you have to drive a distance like I did, you will not be disappointed.

First the young ladies were very professional and prompt. I was greeted when I entered the shop and during my hair transformation I couldn't help feel as if I was in my home with my family. I was looking for someone in my area to braid my hair. I contacted Linda and she was nothing but professional. She was able to get me in the very next which was good for a Friday. I sent her a picture of what I was requesting. I did not have to wait for my appointment. The shop was very clean and spacious. My hair was braided exactly like the picture.
