I had to visit this pharmacy at least 3X last weeks, and most of the times, the customer care left a lot to be desired at this location, due to a couple of employees that are probably overworked and/dislike their occupation.

However, on Wednesday 25th Jocelyn saved the day. She was so personable and helpful. She even assisted us with an issue with the insurance-issued price for the Rx. Jocelyn: I hope you get to read this. You make a difference!

There restroom was very clean. That's 5 stars off the gate. The staff is friendly as well. So I'm leaving this nice comment for them.

I arranged for a COVID test at this CVS location online. The process was easy to book. Mercedes was the staff person that helped me administer the test at an outside kiosk. She was friendly, prompt, and gave clear instructions. I waited in my car a short time, then Joretta Buckner, NP, called me inside the Minute Clinic to give me my results. She was kind, professional, and efficient. I work in the medical field and was pleased by the flow, cleanliness, and attention to detail at this CVS. Thank you for helping me.

I just went to get some snacks I had a cool experience with Mike the manager he was trying to sell me on a CVS card which helped me save a few bucks got some coupons too so I can save money next time. He asked me if I needed help. Usually I go into stores and no one says hi. Pretty chill dude

Just got the flu shot! Excellent experience! This store is clean and the staff are very friendly. Bad review Folks, remember, don't be in a hurry-this is the South.
