The manager Rivon is at this facility is wonderful! He’s very professional, keeps a clean environment and is always at the phone or at the desk ready to help with any questions or concerns you have! I would definitely rent here again if needed in the future and I definitely recommend it to others!

Getting my unit was quick and easy. It was also at a good price and the manager Rivion was very helpful and explained everything. The place was clean and safe. No complaints at all.

I came with my friend to help with her move and the help we received was unmatched! The young man there was so nice and professional I was ready to get a unit. I definitely recommend to anyone with storage needs. Especially if Rivon is working, he was so awesome.

Rivon was a great customer service rep.i called yesterday to get info on units prices availability. Rivon walked me threw entire process my wife came in met him he showed her around very polite very respectful. He is a good fit good person great worker for Dade City location awesome job thank you for all your help

My experience here has been INCREDIBLE. When i came in there wasn’t anything available that i needed but Rivon made sure that he stayed in contact with me to let me know when the units would be available and the prices are great. Rivon went above and beyond to help me and make sure that i got what i needed. I spoke with William once on the phone and he was incredible as well. Both men are extremely polite and respectful and seem to always be on the same page with what is going on. 10/10 recommend !

Can’t say enough good things about this storage business. The place is spotless inside and out, well lit, good AC. The employees are very helpful. Rivion the site manager at the Dade City location helped me pick the best unit for my needs and is always around to assist and answer my questions. They have some spaces still available from small 5x5 to large 15x15. Thank you Rivion and all the employees at Century Storage in a Dade City.

Amazing experience. The facility was immaculately cleaned, and our things were taken care of very well. Great location, and easy to get to. We live out of state, and my daughter goes to college in the area, and we were having trouble getting there during the hours of operation. We were extremely worried about not being able to get her things on time, but we had the kindest gentleman that worked there help us, his name is Von, and he assured us that everything would be okay. He went above and beyond to help us. He took his own time, after hours, to meet us at Century, and allowed us to retrieve all of our belongings. Not only did he do that, but he helped show me the ropes as well. He was kind, helpful, well spoken, respectful, polite, and we appreciate him so much. Thank you Century, and most importantly, thank you Von, you are a stellar employee, and human.

The facility in Dade City is clean and dollies and carts are accessible for use.
I can't say enough about Rivon Carter, the site manager. He was polite, attentive and a great help to me in getting a unit. He was so kind to give my nephew and I a bottle of water while moving in.

Outstanding service by Rivon Carter. Great service, good availability of storage selection, easy to navigate. Cleanest storage place I’ve ever seen. Rivon went above and beyond any storage facility has ever done for us. He had water for us and once he seen use he would open the door for us to help with our moving. My experience with the Dade City location was awesome. The manager, Ravon, is exceptional! He went above and beyond to accommodate us when we were running late with a load for our unit. Kristy (sp ?) was also wonderful!

I'm super happy with Century Storage - Dade City! Alysa helped us, over the phone, determine the size we needed, reserve the unit, and lease the unit using email. We moved our stuff into our unit on Sunday, and Sharon was the perfect hostess. The facility is clean, modern, in an excellent location and easy to access. They even helped our 5-person move-in team stay well hydrated by providing us with cold bottles of water. Thank you, Alysa, Sharon, and Century-Storage for providing exactly what we need, exactly when and where we need it! I recommend you all enthusiastically!
