I had to come in pretty close to closing. Normally I hate doing that, but my phone decided to break completely. and I had pretty much no other choice but to come in late and purchase a new phone last minute. Luckily, Audra was such a great help, and super understanding of the situation, as I had literally no idea how to transfer everything/activate a new phone so she helped me through it. Thank you Audra for everything!!

I had an excellent experience yesterday with Audra. She answered all my questions and concerns I had. She was very understanding and knowledgeable about my situation. Her personality was over the top!! I felt Audra went over and beyond to make my experience a very pleasurable one. Thank you again Audra!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

Their tech expert Eric took care of all my questions and needs. He was patient and very knowledgeable and knew all the details i needed off the top of his head. The other employees there were also very attentive and accommodating. Overall a great experience. Thanks guys!

Jose was wonderful! He understood exactly what I wanted when I brought my phone for trade in and didn’t want to jack my monthly bill up. So kind and extremely helpful the entire time. Walked away with a new phone happy!

Went in on Wednesday worked with Audra she is truly an expert. She was amazing got me and my son taken care of. The store was very busy and yet she still took care of us and got us what we needed.

The associates Audra W and Chloe Freeman were amazing and very knowledgeable. We never felt rushed and they answered all of our questions and moved us from AT&T and set our new phones and Apple Watches up. They were fun and engaging! Highly recommend the SR 312 St. Augustine FL T-Mobile corp store.

Ahmad from the moment we meet he demonstrated just AWESOME customer service skills putting me at ease ; very kind and displays genuine customer service care.

Monica (w/a hat) was amazing! She took her time and really listened to what we wanted. She also broke down the plans and savings we were able to get. The store got super busy at one point and she was able to still maintain us and multi task with other customers/staff. We walked out of there completely satisfied. Thank you Monica! Cody was absolutely a pleasure to work with, he saved us so much momey switching and was completely transparent with everything going on with out bill, if I could put 10 stars i would. Has a smile that lights up the building and seemed to be friendly with everyone around him that he worked with. Some of the absolute best customer service I have ever had anywhere!!

I was greatly impressed by the service I received from Ahmad, Audra, and Chloe. They helped me get a new watch when I broke my last one. I was pressed for time as I had to be to work and I was in and out. I am a customer for life thanks to them.

My phone lost its ESIM and I was dead in the water. My wife and I went in and a lady (cannot remember her name) she is a manager got my phone back up and running in less than 5 minutes!!! Great customer service!!!!

Walked in there this evening, noticing several customers thinking to myself I don’t want to wait forever. CJ (GM) greeted me within seconds I express my concern with the wait, she was willing to assist me and ensure me it wouldn’t be as long as it looked. Needless to say she had me assisted by Eric within 10 minutes or less, he had an extraordinary personality and was very polite. Upon us conversing, it was revealed he has only been employed a month, honestly I couldn’t tell. He was certain with his abilities to perform the task. Making the process extremely smooth with minimal assistance from his colleague Joe, whom was just as wonderful! Great job with your team CJ! Joe and Eric were magnificent! I enjoyed our interaction this evening good luck on you all success I see great things happening! Once again, thanks a ton my son will enjoy his Christmas gift! Thanks for everything!!

Cody was a very knowledgeable in all aspects of T-Mobile, from device troubleshooting, pricing, accessories and all the way to plan changes. He’s great! Give this guy a raise!!

Julie is seriously awesome! I had 5 lines to switch from another carrier, which included my business line. She took excellent care of me, made the transfer of the lines easy, helped me choose the right phones for my needs, and made the whole transaction completely stress free. Julie could teach a class on what good customer service should look like.

We went yesterday for a phone update and we had the pleasure of Mathew assisting us. He was beyond phenomenal! He was very patient, knowledgeable, and provided us with exceptional customer service. No wonder almost all the reviews on here mention his name! Keep up the great work!
