My wife and I went in to buy a wood file cabinet and bookcase. And incredible employee helped us through the entire process. My furniture gets delivered to my door, no need to carry it in my car!

I wanted to give a big thanks to Bridget for helping me today to get my documents formatted and sent. She extended herself fully, was patient and extremely kind. Thank you for having such a lovely person on your team in Saint Augustine.

Staff was helpful - by staying out of the way. I was greeted, and asked if I needed help. I asked a question, she responded, and we were done. I wandered around for a bit, and it was nice. Used to being pestered here and at the other office supply place, so this was cool.

There isn't a huge selection of any one thing, but enough of everything to get you by. The cable selection for electronics was quite impressive. Good to know it's there, might come in handy.

The Office Depot representative was Very attentive and focused keenly on our requirements and effectively presented the two possible executive chairs that would meet our need and we quickly selected the chair that we purchased.

This Lady named Bridget @ Store 6214 St Augustine @ the shipping/copy desk is without a doubt a treasure. I’m a senior citizen & probably the last generation to barely get by in this tech world & she just brightens the day ALWAYS being as helpful above and beyond. Management would be smart to NOT EVER LET HER GET AWAY. Bridget wins the customer service “Cupie Doll”🤗

Store lay out makes it easy to find items. Employees are helpful and knowledgeable. Check out is usually quick.

Bridget at the print station is an absolute angel! I ordered a custom stamp online and it was too small. She helped me find the right size and had it made in no time. She was very knowledgeable about the products and answered any question I had with a smile. I wish there was more people with her work ethic and personality because it would make things so much better! I will be returning here to shop just because of this one interaction. The people at this location are always great to deal with! They keep a good selection of products on hand. Additionally, if you need something after working hours, Office Depot stays open much later than Staples does during the week. OD is my choice!

I ordered a scanner online and their price was the same in several places I looked. Office Depot is local and I could pick it up in less than an hour. Then when I got there, I did some more looking around and found a couple of things I've been considering but kept putting off. Great choices and the associates were extremely helpful and friendly.

The store is clean and organized, I was able to self print my documents without any wait or problem. Staff was friendly and available for questions. Despite traffic, access to their building and parking are easy.

I ordered on line. It was ready in under an hour at the store. I walked in and picked up my package. Very easy! Store employees were very friendly.

I've shopped here for years and find everything I normally need. I ordered note cards for a non-profit this evening. The price is lower than the online printer I have used in the past. That surprised me. I get good help when I need it, and good suggestions for products.

Update: I've had a cluster of tech issues over the last few years, but I get great advice and help from the tech dept. associates. I trust Office Depot/ Max staff to give me the service I need without trying to sell me stuff I don't need.

Update Fall 2022 - I continue to get good service and find what I need at OD/OM. Happy camper!

Update: Spring 2023 - I got to recycle a device! I wasn't sure this was offered, but am happy to know it is, even if there is a modest fee. I can't keep up with the county electronics recycling schedule, and there has been a long line for it in the past. I'm glad there is another option! I also found that OD/Om carries cardstock with several colors in one package. Yay!

Update: Summer 2023 - I only had a few things to get, but had coupons and rewards cash. As usual, I had an excellent experience!

I called ahead to see if they had a certain item. They did and the lady said she was happy to bring it to the register and have it ready for me when I arrived. It was a quick, easy visit and one of the young men who works there carried the heavy item out to my car for me. They were all cheerful, helpful and professional. They have merged with Office Depot
