We are extremely pleased with our new 5V exposed screw metal roof. Roofs Only did a fantastic job. The roof is beautiful! My whole experience with Roofs Only was fantastic. It was so much easier than I expected. The quote was done in less than a week when most other companies were several months out. I had my new roof completed less than 2 months after first contacting them. Melissa was great. She answered all my questions, came to my house to pick up payment and even set me up with someone to do new gutters. I have recommended them to friends would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a roof.

Had a wondering experience using this company to get our roof replaced, Bryce did an amazing job making sure we understood the options they offer. The team that completed the project did a great job as well, very respectful with our property and worked diligently to get our roof replaced! Not to mention, we were informed every step of the way about the progress or any hiccups with materials. Definitely recommend them. This is our second time getting our roof replaced but first time using this company and we felt so informed about the whole process and what to expect.

We had many contractors from out of state knocking at our door after Hurricane Ian. We wished to go with a locally owned company, which led me to Melissa at Roofs Only. Melissa was great, from the first phone call, to the physical inspection and writing up an estimate. She took the time to give me 2 estimates actually, one for a metal roof and one for the shingle roof. I then worked with her and my insurance company to get everything approved and scheduled. We had to wait about 7 weeks before they could come out to put the new roof on, but in that time the price of materials had come down, and they then lowered the estimate price. My insurance company was so impressed that Melissa lowered the cost, & gave us all the detailed material on the products that the insurance covered the roof 100% instead of the 85% that they had originally agreed to back in Jan 2023. Roof was done in April and from start to finish, had a great crew working at the house, they were neat and cleaned up at the end of each day. The dumpster arrived and was removed at the scheduled time and the county inspector told me that he liked when he saw work done by a local company, such as Roofs Only, as it made his job so much easier. The roof looks great, we went with the shingle roof and it went thru Hurricane Idalia without a problem. I can highly recommend Roofs Only and Melissa!

Wow is all I can say.. Melissa and the entire team at RoofsOnly were amazing.. I purchased an older home with existing roof damage from Ian and the replacement process was super easy thanks to Melissa’s guidance. My new metal roof is beautiful and has been performing amazingly. Honest, ethical, fair pricing and super friendly with superior communication through out the project!! Highly Recommend!!

My experience was fantastic from start to finish. Melissa clarified and executed my contract explaining every detail. She showed up upon the start and was the last person I saw at the end. She follows through on her customers. My yard was neat and tidy without garbage or nails. My pool was covered and in perfect condition. My experience with Roofs Only Florida was absolutely AMAZING. When I asked for an estimate, my account executive, who has been in roofing his entire adult life, came VERY well prepared, had done his homework, bringing in a detailed report about my roof with him, and presented me with several options, and walked me through each estimate in detail. After doing my due diligence, getting 4 other estimates, Roofs Only Florida still impressed me the most, with their experience, knowledge, quality materials, and fair prices. Once we started the project, I was VERY impressed with how quickly the work was started. The roof tear-off, and re-sheathing was completely done in a single day. The crew was respectful and polite, and the clean up was EXTREMELY thorough and well done. Installation of the new roof was also done in a single day, and again the crew was AMAZING - quick, professional, polite, quality work, followed by an equally amazing, and thorough clean up. I am one VERY happy and satisfied customer, and have gladly recommended to my neighbors and friends.
