Awesome find. The Belgium waffles were the best! In fact, they were so good we went there for breakfast two days in a row. Did I mention the Belgium waffles - you should try them!

Came in here on a Monday morning to have breakfast with the hubby I have to say this place was beyond amazing! I see many comments about they were rude maybe cause of race, I would have to say this is so not true! My husband is Mexican and he was the only Hispanic person in there at the time and we received amazing customer service! The food was amazing the coffee was perfect! I would have to say this place is a hit! It’s a little small but so affordable and cozy! If your staying in the Great Western hotel it’s literally right next door!

My fiancé and I were in town for a short staycation and stayed next door at the best western. The hotel clerk recommended that we try out Mary’s for breakfast and we do not regret it one bit! Service was excellent, we were quick to be seated on a Sunday morning and the food came out quick, hot, and AMAZING. We both had their Belgian waffle trio and we were both so full by the end but did not want to stop eating because it was sooo good! We also had the iced coffee which was really good as well to get us started with our day! We could not recommend Mary’s more and are definitely making this part of our tradition every time we are in town! ❤

Came here for a late breakfast & will definitely return. Friendly staff & great food right on the bay front! My husband had the Big Bubba & I had the French Toast Trio. So yummy!

SUPER WELCOMING!!!! Amazing service. Marys cafe possibly has one of the Worlds best Biscuits. Their food was top notch. We will be returning without a doubt thank you Teresa, Mary, and Geno.

Amazing spot right in the main strip in St. Augustine! Food was amazing and the servers were all super friendly! Some of the best biscuits I’ve ever had!

Excellent Home Cooking Experience!

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at this charming family-owned restaurant for lunch, and we were thoroughly impressed! The food was excellent - just like homemade, comforting and delicious. While it may not be fancy, it's exactly what we enjoy: honest, home-cooked meals that hit the spot. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly. We'll definitely be back for more of that wonderful home cooking! Highly recommend.

The service, food taste, quality is unmatched for breakfast in this area of town. Biscuits and gravy are highly recommended. Buttermilk biscuits that are soft, not hard, location is on the corner and an obvious locals favorite place.

Our breakfast was amazing! Everything was perfect and the waitress was super nice. I was so impressed with the food, I made sure to tell the staff to thank the cook. I will visit this spot again when I visit St. Augustine in the future!

Great service! Great Food! Great Location! And, If you ask me, it's the best traditional breakfast place in all of downtown St Augustine. The ladies here run a tight ship. They're friendly, clean, quick, never let your drink go dry and the food is served hot and delicious, like it should be! My cousin Greg was in town from Columbia, MO and wanted to meet for breakfast and as a Realtor of nearly 20 years in the area, there wasn't anywhere else I would have met him! Great job ladies, as always!

Let me just tell you…. This restaurant is every pregnant woman’s dream! I got the Big Ol Bubba and I ate all but a small sliver. I could not stop eating it! It was so delicious!!! The atmosphere was amazing, the staff was friendly, the service was VERY quick!!
The staff knew a lot of locals coming into the restaurant, including their orders! I was very impressed and wished I lived close to this delicious place!

We went in for a late lunch and was happy to find out breakfast was still offered. The Bob's Benedict was great, spinach and tomatoes made this dish so much better. Waitress was polite and always had what we needed. Will be back again.

Scrumptious breakfast joint with a few tables and friendly staff! Think of a classic diner, but without the sticky floors and musty overtones. We tried two of the specials, printed and posted behind the counter, and they did not disappoint. Arrive before 10am to be sure you get a table easily.

Excellent selection of breakfasts to choose from. I started every day of my vacation here with a great harbor view of the sunrise. The deluxe oatmeal with fruit was amazing & fresh. I loved the bacon omelet with grits. Friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend.

We heard a lot of good things about this place and read some reviews. (Get over yourself Ann[e]!) Upon arriving, looked to be a line outside and after asking other patrons confirmed they were full. We waited patiently as the customers ahead of us couldn’t seem to listen and continued to stand and sit on the steps clearly blocking the only exit for exiting customers. The party ahead of us found it to be advantageous to claim they were only a party of 7 while there were 4 additional children with them. There are about 8 various sized tables in this place. Not very large. Not a smart idea to understate the number of people in your party while overcrowding the joint. It’s not IHOP! Anywho the two ladies running the place were quick and efficient while trying to keep everyone happy. Well at least the customers worth keeping happy. To the food, we order led the eggs Benedict with a side of bacon, a cinnamon French toast with a side of smoked sausage and my son had some scrambled eggs with bacon and toast. Everything came out perfectly cooked and was delicious. Everyone had some variety of fresh fruit which is brought in by a local produce vendor. If you are in town and want a fantastic breakfast or brunch with a amazing view of the water then I challenge you to first find a parking spot but then visit Mary’s Harbor View Cafe. And please be nice and be patient. They work extremely hard and deserve your best behavior.

Nice quaint cafe with good breakfast. The restaurant is very small so get there early. I had the spinach and cheese omelette with potatoes and a biscuit. The food was delicious and the portion size was large. My husband ordered the grits and western omelette and enjoyed his dish. The view of the harbor was beautiful.

Despite being busy, they provided excellent service, making sure to provide recommendations and attend to our needs regularly. Our food was hearty and delicious, and the restaurant has a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
