Their seafood is awesome! Ordered tuna appetizer, scallop pasta and lobster. All of them are delicious and completely meet the expectations of mine when I see the pictures online.

The scallops and lobsters are so fresh and well done. In my opinion, the prices of the dishes do quantify by their quality. I will definitely come back!

Very good food on Anastasia Island just over the bridge of lions. Perfect char on the pizza and the shrimp was very good. Very reasonably priced Bordeaux.

This is the second time i have come here, this time with a party of 6. I can't say enough about how amazing this restaurant is. I had the scallops Aglio e Olio, my wife had the Blue crab Capellini, and we got fried calamari for the table. While it is a little loud inside, its to be expected with how busy they were. This place has quickly become a must every time we go come to Augustine .

The atmosphere reflects that those in attendance aren't particularly concerned with much other than eating some great fish while enjoying a cold drink or two. The decor is kind of unique and the nothing special service prompt and positive but, the well prepared fresh seafood is why the joint is always crowded and a little on the roadhouse side of things. If you seek a quiet refined upscale meal this isn't the place. It's a little bit loud and rambunctious but they feed you an awesome meal and then hand you a pretty big check and ply you with some good drinks to make it all worth doing again sometime. I can't wait to go back.

Great vibe! Friendly service! Tasty food! We enjoyed a passion fruit margarita, ahi tuna meal, wood fire pizza, and topped it off with key lime pie! Ross was our bartender/server. He was fun and made great recommendations. Megan helped us plan a private event in the back room. She was lovely to meet/work with! Will be recommending to our friends!

First time here. We sat at the bar. People were nice and bar tender was attentive. We will be back. I had the flounder stuffed with crab. Hubby had the Mediterranean pizza

My goto spot for a great pizza and beer. I thought you needed reservations but you don't if you sit at the bar. I prefer that anyway. Great seasonal and varietal selections. My wife loves the black bean soup and wants to get it every visit. We haven't explored the menu as much as I like but so far so good. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about menu items and recommendations.

Went here with my wife a few weeks ago. The bartenders create a great atmosphere. The pizza is excellent! Everything that I have ever ordered has been excellent. They get very busy so plan accordingly.

Food was very good along with service. Conch fritters needed a tad bit of salt

The food and atmosphere were amazing. My wife and I were celebrating our 20 anniversary and we were very pleased with everything. We had the fried calamari for an appetizer. It had just the right amount of flavor and breeding. Then for dinner I had the surf and turf fried rice and my wife had the mahi mahi. We were both very pleased with our meals. They were very flavorful and just the right proton.

It was my birthday, food was delicious! We had a pizza and the seared tuna, both were amazing! We took the banana bread pudding home, for later and heated it in the oven, it was wonderful too! We had martinis too.

Delicious food and great staff! Steph was awesome! I put in the notes on the reservation it was my bf’s birthday, and as soon as we came in they were telling him Happy Birthday! Will definitely be going back! :)

My boyfriend and I had an amazing dinner there a couple of nights ago. I got the blue crab capellini (left) and my boyfriend got the corvina (right). Both were absolutely delicious! Our server was so friendly and she gave us some suggestions of what to eat since we were from out of town and hadn't been here before. Didn't disappoint - highly recommend.

Came with friends who had been here before but this was our first time.We were very pleased with the food.Delicious,fresh and served hot.

We made dinner reservations and arrived early to enjoy a drink at the bar. The conch fritters were so tasty! Best app ever - the Ginger Chili Filet Tips!! Dinner was incredible as well, can't wait to go back.

Friendly prompt host and servers , the food was amazing. The pastas on special were delicious and the chili shrimp app was good too.casual atmosphere, food was a little bit pricey but well worth the cost. Delicious!!

As someone who doesn't have a clue about flyfishing, I thought the name was an interesting choice. But when I saw the logo, I Googled it!

This has been the only restaurant in my entire life where the waiter asked for my ID... it was weird.

The ginger chili steak tips app was delicious. We ordered it twice! For main course, we had the blue crab capellini and chicken cordon bleu. All very tasty.

We have visited St Augustine several times but this was our first visit to Black Fly. So many restaurants to choose from. This just jumped to the top of my list. Every aspect of this experience was 5 star and that is a rating I seldom give anyone. The staff, the food, the service - nothing was second rate. The menu has something for everyone. The food preparation, presentation, and more importantly taste, was exquisite. This was a birthday meal for my wife and expected it to be nice, but I did not expect this. If ever in town on my birthday, just skip any presents and bring me back here.

Really good experience. Great atmosphere. Food is really good, cocktails were on point. Staff was friendly. Off the main tourist path. Perfect spot for dinner if you’re in town and need to get away from the tourist traps. Brick oven pizza was good as well.

The service by Matt (also bartender) was wonderful he gave excellent recommendations for appetizer and food choices that definitely didn’t disappoint they were fantastic. Drinks were very good, service was great and atmosphere was on point. Will definitely return.
