The car-buying experience here surpassed my expectations. Initially, I had no plans to purchase a new vehicle today, yet somehow, it unfolded seamlessly. Collaborating with Arif was delightful; his extensive knowledge of the car and its features instilled a sense of ease, and his patience with my wife, the future owner of the car, was commendable. His professionalism shone through every interaction.

Gary from the finance department went above and beyond to accommodate us, despite the challenges posed by my unique circumstances. His dedication made the process smoother than anticipated.

In summary, what’s typically a daunting task turned out to be a remarkably positive experience. Although I’m not looking forward to another car purchase anytime soon, I am certain that if the need arises, this is the place I’ll return to.

My experience was great, I got an incredible deal for my trade and my new 2023 Toyota 4Runner. Jehan and Gary were both fantastic, they worked with me and were patient and pleasant.

I do have one thought, I called in and asked a couple of questions before we went and noticed that salesman’s name was on our paperwork that answered the phone.,that did not make me happy. If I wanted to work with him I would have asked for him.

Super easy and comfortable car buying experience. John was my sales person. He was very nice, helpful and pleasant to be around. I love that there is no haggling over price and you are not forced to purchase things like protection plans you do not want. The dealer fees are very reasonable compared to other dealerships. Would definitely recommend this place. I do have one negative thing to say: I received an email regarding a form that needed to be signed. I have reached out via email multiple times regarding this and have received no response. That is frustrating. Communication is important and if you are going to send someone an email with important information, you should respond to emails.

I showed interest in a Rav4 Hybrid Woodland through the Toyota website. Arif called me the next day, left a voicemail and when I was able to call him back worked with my evening schedule to look at, test drive, and put up with dozens of questions. Arif wasn't pushy, hurried, out to make a quick sale and wanted me to be happy with my purchase.
My finance agent was Alex and like Arif wasn't pushy, surely didn't laugh at me miss speaking Magnuson Ferguson instead of Magnuson - Moss, and got me towards what I wanted in warranties and payments. Going from a truck to a Rav4 was quite the jump but so far I'm happy. Thank you guys!

After visiting multiple Toyota dealers and without intention to buy but only to decide on the trim, I was met by Karim. I told him my intentions and he had the patience to let me test drive five different Tundras to include the TRD Pro which I thought was unattainable. After he suggested to why not lets try to get a deal because he knew we loved how it drove. We got a good deal with a great price on my trade. Karim was excellent, he wasn’t pushy or made me feel pressured to buy. I also liked the dealership after visiting 5 different dealership and two with very markdown price but had up to 4k of hidden fees and giving me numbers on a vehicle I didn’t even test drive, AutoNation Pinellas Park was the complete opposite. They did not try to confuse the numbers they were straightforward with the price and for that I do appreciate it. Definitely, would purchase another vehicle again from this dealership.

The AutoNation Toyota team really understands taking care of their customers! Last July, we purchased a gorgeous TRD RAV4. The process was seamless and we absolutely love the vehicle. Most recently, my husband and I decided we needed to add a truck to our family to help us with our businesses and hobbies. Yesterday, I was heading to a different dealership but had to pass AutoNation Toyota on the way. Something in my gut told me to stop. I'm so glad I did! I was greeted by Angele, who I immediately bonded with over classic cars and why we made the switch to Toyota - because they will last until YOU are sick of it, not that it will die on you immediately after 100k miles.
While I was looking at a '17 TRD Tacoma, Angele gently nudged me over to another Tacoma that definitely checked all the boxes for both myself and my husband (the '17 ended up not being a good fit). We are so thankful for him and the incredible price we were able to get on an essentially brand new/used Tacoma! My husband is in love with the truck already and hasn't even tried to drive the RAV4.

Janetta Green was the representative that helped me throughout the day and was very communicative about the whole process, wanted to make sure everything was good and ready with the car before i drove it off the loft. She made me feel super comfortable as this was my first time I was a bit hesitant as first but super happy I ended up leaving that day with a new car!!! Will definitely recommend this place!
