Curtis is the best wireless manager I have ever dealt with. Super helpful and I will always go back. He has set up several business accounts for me on multiple occasions. He has also activated 7 lines for myself and family.

He definitely needs a promotion as he has earned every bit of it

Excellent service from Erwin. Very knowledgeable, professional, and accepting of our Vermont sense of humor. He assisted both myself and my significant other setting up new phones and a new plan for Gary. We were all done within a few hours. Great service!

Irvin was awesome. He helped me upgrade my phone and plan and was patient with me. He sat with me for over 2 hours while my phone slowly transferred data. He was nice, friendly, and personable. Everyone at that location should get a raise because some of the people that walked in there were..... incredibly rude and gave the workers are hard time.

Not sure if I got lucky, but walked right in on a Saturday and bought a new phone. I was in desperate need of an upgrade, so Ryan walked me through some options and plans. He was knowledgeable, calm and patient with me while I battled with my Android/iPhone dilemma. I didn't feel pressured to go in any direction except the one I felt comfortable with, which was great.

Loved Curtis! He was most helpful in getting me set up with an upgrade. Asked questions to see what I was looking for and took me straight to the item I purchased. In an outta there in no time! Thank you Curtis! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!!!!

It was a treat for me to be helped by Levy. Previously I have spent a lot of time on the phone trying to talk to a live person and explain my unique problem only to be re- directed by computer talk to a dead end. Also, I have visited Verizon stores few times. Very frustrated I’ve almost given up.
Levy found time to listen and discovered the issue very quickly. Exceptional service on his part in an impersonal world of Verizon.

While shopping around for different cell phone providers, I stopped in to see what deals they had going on at Verizon. I was lucky enough to have Ryan help me! Not only did he explain everything in a way that made sense, he was so nice and made sure I got everything that I wanted! He's the best!

My husband and I highly ecommend this store. The gentleman who helped us was very polite, knowledgeable about the phone and fast. We went in, picked out our phones, had the phones set up, paid and were out the door in less then 15-20 minutes. It's was a👍for us.

Curtis at Verizon has the best customer service. He has always gone above and beyond with making sure he has covered everything with us. He never makes you feel rushed and gives you he undivided attention. I know they are busy at times but it is worth the wait when you get all your questions answered!

He saved me $45 a month this without changing what I use (data etc). I was paying for stuff I didn’t need.

Dustin assisted me and my husband with setting up our own plan and I can honestly say he is one of the best, if not the best, cellular sales employee I've ever worked with! Extremely helpful and kind. The process was lengthy but he made it incredibly smooth. Also, thanks to the very knowledgeable Justin for assisting in the process as well!

This was the easiest phone purchase I have ever made. I was in and out within 45 minutes, which included transferring my data. While promos were offered, at no time did I feel any pressure for an upsell. Super friendly, easy going and genuinely nice guy. Thanks, Curtis!!

He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Great at multi tasking even though I was talking to him while he was zipping through the set up. Would like Curtis to take care of us anytime we have to go to the North Port store.

Levi was very helpful. It was a hour and a half wait, seems they need more then two clerks. You lost a few customers who walked in saw the line and left. The two clerks were doing there best. But Levi was very helpful.

Brian, although helping to train a new employee was very attentive! He was waiting the extra time for. He wanted to make sure we got the best deal and throughly explained everything! Didn’t intend to buy a new phone today, but so happy we did!

Fantastic experience at Verizon in North Port. Curtis was so helpful and patient. He walked us through a bunch of different scenarios in terms of trade-in values and new plans. And he helped us transfer our info to our new phones. He made what sometimes can be a hassle into a pleasant experience!

I had to order my new iPhone 23 Pro with an expected arrival date of 22 Oct however to my delight it arrived 13 Oct. the set up and transfer of data went quickly and smoothly thanks our salesman Kurtis. I highly recommend!
