Jason was very informative ,professional and prompt. very satisfied with the results of a recliner that I was ready to either die the fabric or replace the recliner. Also did a great job on carpeting in 2 rooms and informing us of how to care for it moving forward. Would highly recommend this company.

This is our second experience with this company and we’ve been very pleased both times. The gentleman who comes out is ver nice and friendly and he actually does the rug cleaning so you get info from him about the condition of your rug. I will definitely use them again.

Jason did an upholstery cleaning on our sofa and it turned out great! There were some areas that needed work and he did a wonderful job! I’m so happy with the results!

Our dilemma. We had some hurricane damage from the last storm to our rental property, and the tenant had already occupied the dwelling. We live in the Chicago area and didnt know who to call. Had gotten an estimate from Tawni and agreed on the work that needed to get done.
Twani took over! Scheduled multiple visits with our tenant, and took all the worry's out of the equation.

Gulf Coast cleaned our carpets this week. There were a few spots (high traffic) that did not look great after it dried. Alex came back today and redid ALL the carpet at no charge. It looks fantastic now! Thank you for warranting your work and not stopping until the customer is completely satisfied! I even received a call back a few hours later to see if we were satisfied. Excellent customer service at Gulf Coast. Highly recommend.

I requested a spot clean at my rental property in Venice but only had one day between guests. The carpet cleaner arrived on time, did an excellent job on a tough stain and the cost was less than $100.00. I have used Gulf Coast twice before for whole house cleans and I have always been very satisfied with their work.

Had my entire house done plus 13 stairs. My high traffic carpet looked brand new when she was done. Excellent job!! My carpet was not left soaking wet like a previous company had done. Highly recommend gulf coast.

We use Gulf Coast Carpet cleaning for all of our units. They do a great job and they show up when they say they are gong to show up. Since we are a hotel, sometimes we need a unit cleaned on very short notice and they always do their best to work us in if possible. We have tried others but always some back to Gulf Coast! Their quality is excellent.

In response to Mm I am the manager of Gulf Coast and We do guarantee our work. We do not guarantee urine removal or stains from urine. Per our conversation on the phone we guarantee our cleaning. A
stain is a stain just like a shirt you spill something on some can be cleaned some cannot. We do guarantee cleanliness. I am sorry we had to end the conversation but cursing at my employees is not acceptable

Have has numerous large rigs.clwanes. excellent job, even extracted cat odors.
