Cottonways

Walking past a gorgeous tucked in garden and onto a sheltered porch, we first saw what would become our favorite store in this amazing town. Why? Was it the select jewelry thoughtfully displayed around the room selected from exotic places? Was it the clothes racks that were organized with matching outfits so cleverly that I didn’t even have to even think about matching colors? All of these reason for sure made our shopping experience fun and super productive BUT what makes it our favorite store is the person we met there, Kim. Asking questions about the jewelry and feeling her excitement about their stories was the best! Surely Kim was the owner, I thought as I bounced from rack to rack. After a conversation about sailing and life, we learned that she was the dedicated shopkeeper and that she did. She treated this shop like her very own. If I had a shop i would want Kim to be my right hand person for her dedication and thoughtful communication. Thank you Kim, we shall return because of how you made us feel about life. It was fun!

My friend and I discovered Cottonways while walking through the historic brick lined roads of St. Augustine. Kim was absolutely wonderful! She was extremely helpful, and she was very knowledgeable about the clothes and jewelry in this shop. Her sense of humor, too, made us laugh throughout our visit. Thanks, Kim! We wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again.

This is the most amazing 🤩 store I have ever stepped foot into. I was immediately greeted by the sweetest lady named Kim. She helped me shop and find everything I was looking for for such a beautiful vacation. I will definitely be back to see her in this gorgeous store again.!!!

Came in after a nice meal at Collage and was greeted by Kim, who treated us like family. Was so helpful to my Wife, who is very selective with her choices. Kim was so knowledgeable and helped her make some great selections. We will certainly be back, and hope that Kim is working!

Kim in St Augustine store is amazing! She was very helpful in pulling together outfits, jewelry, etc. And…. She was pleasant, jovial, informative about the area…. Kim is a very dedicated sales associate……She is on par with my local small boutique clothier in PA - and they are my go to store for personal attention . Wanda

My first time at Cottonways in St. Augustine and I had a great experience. I was greeted by Kim and immediately asked her for help and she was on it… I left with stylish fun dresses, comfy capri light weight pants, awesome new top and a great little purse. I am definitely going to be back when in town, meanwhile I am going to shop on line for more of their comfortable and beautiful clothing. 🙏

I love this shop. On vacation and wondered in and so glad I did. They had so many cute and beautiful dresses for all occasions. I love the jewelry here. Kim was so helpful in helping me decide what would look good on me. She picked out perfect colors that looked great on me and necklaces to match. This store is amazing and will shop online in the future.

What a fun experience we found in this awesome spot in St. Augustine! During our art teacher conference tour, we popped by the store to find so much stylish clothing and jewelry. I LOVE COTTONWAYS. I live in St. Augustine, Fl. It hot, humid, artistic and gorgeous. When I need something super fun, comfortable, and chic, I run to Cottonways and my favorite girl, Kim gets me into only the best. I always get tons of compliments on their beautiful clothes. Also , if you love good Italian linen, check out Cottonways.

I can’t say enough about this store and staff! I’ve been shopping here since my daughter was a Freshman at Flagler! My experience is consistently positive (hard to find these days). Kim is excellent at what she does and always seems to find something I love that I wouldn’t have picked out for myself. I don’t usually write reviews but this store/staff is warm, helpful and have taken the time to know the merchandise.

Visited Cottonways in St. Augustine today to exchange a dress purchased from a different location. Kim was so friendly, informative and helpful., I wound up purchasing a couple of outfits as well. Shopped at this store yesterday and was so impressed with the variety of clothing they had. Kimberly went out of her way to help me find styles that would work for me. Excellent customer and a great sale going on. Will return when I'm in the area. Would love to see a Cottonways store somewhere close to The Villages!

As a loyal CottonWays customer for the past eight years, specifically at the St. Augustine location, I have the highest esteem for the integrity of those who work at that location. I absolutely LOVE LOVE CottonWays, their products, quality of merchandise, staff and customer service, especially Kim, the manager, and Cindy. It has become my obsession to the degree that I decided to count the number of items that I have purchased from them. I recently counted 7 skirts, 31 tops, mostly Megan’s and Dories and 13 pairs of slacks, mostly Lisa’s or Frankie’s. As a breast cancer survivor, the V-neck in the Megan and Dorie tops conceal many of my imperfections. I have worn their clothes to funerals, weddings, holiday events as well as for every-day activities and given many items to family members as gifts. Visiting this beautiful city as well as this establishment brings me joy every year. Bless them for their patience with vacationing patrons and their hospitality and customer support. See you soon!

Fabulous store with a wide selection of everything! Staff is very friendly and professional. Have only had good experiences. When in Saint Augustine make sure you check it out.
