I was so grateful for my experience with Nicole! She helped me shop around for a more budget friendly car insurance plan, helped me find discounts that I thought I didn't qualify for, and even let me know about potential discounts I could qualify for in the future.

My initial visit was to just get my insurance cards printed, but when I came back to change my policies she remembered me, and was just as friendly and personable as she was the first time. She made it a really nice experience, and she was so knowledgeable. I couldn't believe it when she said she had only been doing this for a couple years, because it seemed like she had been doing this her whole life.

I think it's really important to acknowledge when you receive help from people who are great at what they do. I felt really fortunate to have received her assistance and she's so obviously an asset to an already helpful company.

Justin then called me back and was fantastic at pairing me with the best policy that fit my needs, his expertise and knowledge made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision making while providing top notch customer service and a quick, seamless transaction. She was able to get me a new policy that was less than my previous one and that really helped me out with my finances. She was so courteous, kind and explained everything clearly step by step. Call and ask for Nicole every time! I’ve had a rough couple in my personal life for a couple months while using gator insurance, and everyone knows how stressful unwanted phone calls can be during those times but nicole has always treated me with graciousness and kindness each and every time no matter how hasty or difficult I might’ve been. I don’t really care for the other reps all though I’m sure they’re all great, but call for Nicole!

Gator Insurance Company are the best. Megan did 180 degree turn around for my Home Owner Insurance . My Home Owner Insurance went from 3,000 to 1,200 . It doesn't get any better than that.
