I was referred by a friend, and ended up having a great experience and service. I called and compared several other companies and ended up with Brightway Insurance. BI provided policy is comparable with big guys like AAA, but with quite a bit discounted premium. Their staff is professional, responsive, especially Christine Bonde who is honest, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She follows up and does what she said. I'm happy with the service and the policy so far.

Good service. I just was quoted 2 thousand less for homeowners insurance. My soon to be ex insurance carrier raised my rate 1600 dollars. I never filed a claim and the house isnt in a flood zone. Brightway is going to save me money for the same coverage.
