A fresh, headache free start to my Verizon Experience. Finding a store with employees who have been around for more than a few months is difficult to say the least.
Edgar, Josh and Chris are the A team if you are hoping to switch. They understand their promotions, rebates, plans and devices. I’m sure there is 3.5-5 years experience spread between them.
This is also an official Verizon store, making the corporate expectations and experience a little more streamlined.

We bought 2 phones online for pickup in store. Unfortunately something happened with our order and we were only able to pick 1 phone up. They other magically was being shipped. After the promised 2 days shipping from online we had to visit the store because we didn't have a phone and we had zero notifications about a timeframe. Remember these are $1000+ phones.
We were helped by Samantha Little. She listened to our concerns and jumped right away to rectify the situation. Unfortunately due to whatever online issues, she wasn't able to do anything just yet. Samantha put a phone aside and told us to come back the next day in hopes our order was delivered.
Next day, no phone. Richard helped us due to the information Samantha gave as well as me. He, like Samantha contacted Verizon customer service and we were told that they couldn't cancel the phone it would charge the other one full price. So we patiently waited.
Come January 4th we still didn't have our phone, so back to Verizon to see our new best friend Samantha and she wasn't giving up until we received ANY information as to what was going on with our phone. Samantha called CS again and that agent ACTUALLY dug and dug and dug to see what was going on. The CS agent checked in periodically with Samantha to let her know she was still digging. After a while Samantha suggested to the CS agent about cancelling the first order and then reorder for store pickup. CS agent did just that and honored our original order from Dec. 26th. Unfortunately, what happened to us happened to the CS agent. In-store pickup became a shipping order. After they reviewed the order the CS agent swore she did in-store pickup. I stated the exact same thing happened to us. So Samantha cancelled second order and asked to patiently wait 24hrs to see if the system had to clear everything out then we will try again. We did just that.
Today Jan 6th I get a notification about my bill, open up my app to see my 2nd order of my 2nd phone that was cancelled on Jan 4th(message to prove) was out for delivery. Shocked! We waited and sure enough UPS was at our door for a signature about 10 min later. Husband met at Verizon to see Samantha so we could make sure this phone was ours and get it activated.
At times we felt angry, were quite frustrated and wanted to give up. Tell them to cancel it and move on. But Samantha was nothing short of amazing! Even though she knew how frustrated we were from our original order she pushed through very diligently, professionally, patiently and very very kindly. Samantha got results and we couldn't be happier. She is a gem to work with and definitely an asset to Verizon and their customers. Samantha we can't thank you enough for making us feel important and not treating us like a number. We felt heard and appreciated by you.
I know now that we will NEVER buy a phone online again through Verizon. We will head to Verizon and see Samantha to get exceptional customer service.

Now the only thing we need to do is call Verizon CS and ask them to waive the upgrade/activation fees assessed to both phones due to this issue. I told Samantha I can take care of that and if I have trouble I will ask for her assistance.

Honestly, I was just there to move my service over to T-Mobile and I needed some help with some codes. Kevin hooked it up! Super great patience on his part working with my account .
I have nothing against Verizon except that they're a little higher priced. I was with them for many years. I highly recommend the corporate location where this review is generated about. They can get things done that other Verizon stores cannot.

What a great store and crew! I went in to upgrade my phone, and I was incredibly satisfied with the amazing customer service the staff provided. Edwin, the employee that helped me, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he helped me every step of the way. He offered me great deals, and even made sure to review my plan with me so I knew exactly what was happening the whole time. I also appreciated the store's cleanliness and layout. It was a wonderful experience! Thanks, Verizon Orange City!

All the girls at this location have been great. I have been there multiple times to purchase my apple products and they are always patient with me. I can be indecisive with electronics. Today I had a hard time deciding and the girl was so nice. She brought over every pop socket in the store for me and let me play around with her phone. I will continue to purchase my phones and apple watches at this location. The manager with the blonde hair is awesome too. Thank you for the great service.

Great customer service, especially at corporate stores. Good selection of phones and plans. And their Tech Coach App is amazing for fixing phone setup and connection issues. The address bonus is that it comes free with the service is amazing. Highly recommend.

Nick was my sales manager and was great!! He recognized my area code and we began to speak about familiar place that we knew of. He was able to complete my reason for visiting and answer any questions I had. I'm looking forward to being a Verizon customer.

I was here yesterday and sadly didn't get the name of the young man that helped us. My 93 year old uncle thought he lost all the contacts on his phone, so we stopped in for help. Even though the probable cause of the issue was an old phone, instead of pushing a new phone, he gave us a workaround. The person that sat on the bench with my uncle (because he was having a hard time standing in the showroom) to walk him through the solution was so kind, caring and patient. If i had gotten a name, I would have written corporate with accolades. I haven't seen customer service at this level in ages. Kudos.
