Chili's Grill & Bar

I went to Red Lobsters first, and it was very busy , the workers didn't seem to know how to handle many guess, so I went to Chill's and I am so glad I did , no wait great waiter named Naomi , very sweet , polite and attentive . The food was delicious . I was alone it was Mother's Day, and my children reside in other states, so I decided to treat myself . And I am glad I chose to go there. I enjoyed some alone time and watched a movie on my phone. Overall, I had a great time , great service, and the half rack ribs were delicious, well seasoned, and came off the bone . I'm definitely going again soon .

I used to go to Chili's all the time years ago and eventually just got burned out on it. But recently I started going back and I'm glad I decided to do so. Their food is better than it used to be. GREAT tasting burgers, which are my favorite! Great quality meat for the burgers. Always tastes fresh. I'm an EXTREMELY picky eater, but I definitely LOVE going to Chili's again. Great service at this location as well! If you need any assistance, they promptly take care of the situation. Again I'm just glad that I started going here again! Enjoy 😊💚🙏

I come to this location for cocktails - specifically Old Fashioneds (made with Bulleit Bourbon), and they don’t disappoint.

Service is excellent. Always friendly and accommodating. Ask for my favorite bartender, Victoria. She’s the best.

I don't know why there's so many negative reviews on yelp for this chilis. My friend and I were greeted by the nicest host and he was super friendly and informative. He also let me charge a portable car jumper that I needed. Our server was fantastic but I can't remember her name. The food was great and came out super quick. A manager even stopped by to ask us how our experience was. 100/10 This is best experience we've ever had a chili's. I'm sad we were just visiting and have to go back to my mid chilis back home.

Just had the best experience at this Chilis on a BUSY Friday night! The restaurant is super clean & the bathroom is spotless! As a vegetarian there were so many options & the food was hot and amazing! Nicole the manager came by to check on our table and made our experience extra special. Definitely recommend this restaurant and we will be back!

I was involved in a hit and run one morning and was advised to park in Chili’s parking lot. They were not open to public so I felt it was very convenient. As I was waiting for Pinellas Park officials to show up, Kasey came out to check and see if I was ok. Even after the officials left, she offered a drink. It didn’t seem like much but to know she went above and beyond in such a trying moment spoke volumes to me. It’s more people like her who shows genuine care that we need in this world. Kasey is great representation for Chili’s and if she is apart of management, her character exemplifies what great management is. Thank You again Kasey! You were absolutely GREAT!!

We love chilli’s and the three for me menu!
This particular experience was a bit awkward.
It wasn’t busy so we were seated immediately. We waited about ten minutes before the lovely Jamie had noticed we hadn’t been seen by a server. She came to our table and when we told her no one had been there she instantly assisted us even though she knew it wasn’t her table to assist. We had been to two different restaurants with a huge wait line so we were starving at this point. As she was taking our order, I assume she was some type of manager as she was in business casual attire, proceeds to tell her in a rude voice “that’s not your table”. I was in the middle of putting in my order first of all! Secondly, you proceed to cop an attitude and try to bicker with her instead of letting her assist us. However, Jamie did not leave us un- assisted she explained that we had been sitting for ten minutes without so much as a drink order. The woman in the baby blue shirt stormed off! How unprofessional to do something like that and infront of customers!
She put everything in accordingly and everything came out wonderfully. Even though she had been scolded infront of us she kept a positive attitude, continued to check on us and was all around a great server. Thank you for not letting us sit there to starve I hope you don’t get in trouble as we are mighty grateful.

Chili's is always too notch. This location never disappoints. I love how patient our server was. We took forever to order because I had no clue what I wanted. She was awesome.

Everything about my experience was well. Emma was very helpful and prompt any and everytime me or my kids needed a refill she was there. Food out within 15 mins as well as fresh and correct. I will defiantly be back! Thanks Emma ❤

This was a great time and location to heave a family birthday gathering. This service was great and the staff came out to sing Happy birthday and we all had a wonderful experience in chillies. The food was wonderful.

Sabrina was an excellent server. She kept checking on us, getting us drinks and quickly corrected an issue we had with an order. Food was amazing, better than expected.

The staff are friendly and they served the food quickly. I had questions about the different types of meals and the waiter answered honestly and knowledgeably. I recommend this location.

I ate dinner here with a friend Monday, October 23, 2023. We were there from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Our waiter greeted us the instant we sat down. We had drinks immediately.

I asked our waiter about the salmon. He suggested getting it with the topping, right suggestion. It was one of the best salmons from a restaurant I have had, and the vegetables were perfect.

At dessert I asked the waiter if the cheesecake was good. He had actually suggested one of the other desserts, but he said the cheesecake was good. The cheesecake was super. Again, top rated compared to similar restaurants. Now I am wondering what I missed in not following our waiter's dessert suggestion. Won't make that mistake again.

Our waiter let us eat and talk without coming to the table except when coming to the table was the right thing to do. Our waiter was professional, courteous, and funny.

Food was fresh and outstanding. The broccoli was so good! Price was reasonable.
