Anyone going through the sell/buy process knows how how stressful, frustrating and disappointing it can be.
Initially, I trusted a friend who referred me to a realtor when I decided to sell my townhouse and buy a single family. This realtor and I were not a good fit at all, so I decided to hold interviews. I realize this sounds time consuming, especially when you’re ready to hit the ground running. But trust me when I tell you that it was the best decision I’ve made throughout this entire process.
After several meetings with other realtors, I came across Imagine Realty. Katie and Bruno’s website and story felt so genuine and real that I immediately wanted to work with them. I sent an email late one night and Katie responded immediately. We set up a meeting and it was like chatting with my BFF after the first five minutes.
Katie got me and my appreciation for communication and full disclosure. Previous experience, as well as experience since has shown me how shady, manipulative and non responsive a lot of realtors can be.
Katie and Bruno are the exception. The two of them make a perfect team that work seamlessly and tirelessly for their clients. While I know I wasn’t their only client, a lot of the time, it felt like it.
I’m pretty picky when looking for a house... probably frustratingly so, but they both had my back without question. They also opened my eyes to possibilities I didn’t initially consider.
While I still haven’t found my next home yet, I did close on the sale of my townhouse today. Katie was instrumental in getting it all done on time and with minimal worry on my part. It wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did without her at the helm.

Even though we didn't buy a house, Jamie Cobb was so organized, helpful, professional and fun that house hunting was not stressful at all. She lined up listings well in advance and gave us ample time to get there and move on to the next property, sometime seeing 5 houses in a day. The timing and the market just weren't working in our favor but when the market stabilizes, without a doubt I'll work with Jamie Cobb again.
