This was the best store ever! Britney & Trevon was upfront about everything. No hidden fees or slick agendas. To top it off, they made our visit fun and full of laughter. I actually lost track of time! 😂 I'm moving out of the state but if I need anything else, I will make the trip back. Definitely is worth it!

I have coming to this store for several years now, and must admit being that I am not one to write reviews, it's my first, but the sales representatives here and grate, they are very knowledgeable and is always willing to help, I truly believe that customer satisfaction is they top priority, my only complaint is that sometimes the line is too long, but that's what grate service does. Ask for Bee, you will happy you did.

I went into the store looking to activate a phone i bought online. Ms. Bee was so very knowledgeable and patient with working on the phone. She showed me that the phone was locked from getting internet service. I decided to purchase a Samsung a51 with the cellhelmet. Ms. Bee made sure to setup everything from my old phone. Ms. Bee has a beautiful work ethic and very dedicated to helping her customers. In my humble opinion she truly deserves a pay raise with employe recognition. It's not very often to find a person that enjoys there job. She's a wonderful asset to metro by tmobile.

Bee and Tre are such welcoming people. My mother and I had a great experience working on getting my new phone. Definitely recommend coming here for good services.
