Kroger

I had to make a stop here yesterday to return something. In this new age of nonexistent customer service, it's hard to know what you're going to have to deal with from employees, but, Chris at the customer service desk was a breath of fresh air . He put a smile on my face and was very friendly!!!

I am actually in the store now and had to stop and type this review. A young man by the name of Alexis just made my day!! I was looking for French vanilla creamer and none was on the shelf. I seen Alexis walk by and asked if he worked in the freezer. He told me he did not but asked what I needed. I told him and he went in, climbing over crates and boxes to get me that creamer that I needed. The whole time his attitude was gracious and accommodating. He went above and beyond and on top of that was very pleasant!! Thank you Alexis for being a great representation of your place of employment!!

Karyn is the sweetest woman and so helpful!!!!! The Kroger in Fayetteville City Center is awful, but this Kroger is FABULOUS. Such great customer service.

On 06/21/2020 the employee Courtney on register 8 went above and beyond!!! I have a 2-toddler whose going through his terrible 2’s phase on top of that he’s feeling neglect because of the new born, so he started to act out after being in the store for over an hour. My wife and I had two karts full of groceries and my wife couldn’t get me son because she was still healing from giving birth. Seeing how frustrated I was Courtney rushed from behind the register said don’t worry you handle him and started putting all the groceries on the counter and she and the bag lady (didn’t catch her name) both got us bagged up and on our way exceptional speed and made light of the situation.

Thank you Courtney I was about to lose my mind. Lol

I'm a very frequent shopper at this location. As I was headed to their gas pumps to fill up, I noticed my tire was going flat. Stuck there for a good half hour, no one offering assistance I began to worry. With the help of first, Sandra, then with Marcus
and a kind lady, my tire was changed and I was on my way. I can't thank them enough for coming to my rescue Sunday.

My visit on November 30, 2019 @ 7:p.m., my intentions were to run in and get out quickly, however didn't quite go that way. My shopping experience was very pleasant and I found most of what I needed and whatever I couldn't find, the employees were more than helpful and courteous to assist me.

There are four particular "Kroger Employees" that I feel definitely earned and deserves this "tribute shoutout."
It was obvious the store Manager(s) took pride in selecting Employees that would represent this store in the most professional way with respect to all customers. If this group of employees are the example of all employed at this particular Kroger, then it should be known.

There was also another employee but I didn't get his name😔. He was stocking shelves in the diary aisle, he assisted me by walking to get another cart and stacking two cases of waters into it, then offering to push to the front cashier to hold because I was still shopping.

The ladies in Deli (Gloria and Wanda) certainly made our visit a pleasant and courteous experience by displaying professionalism, respect, patience and kindness inspite of the large orders we had. The cashier (Mark) greeted with a smile and respect to our items and the same in bagging them. I feel that when Employees work in (service positions) who are in contact with the public daily under pressure constantly and representing their Company and Franchise in a professional way, it is a reflection on that business, and therefore, should be recognized, acknowledged and appreciated in a positive by their "Managers". This type of acknowledgement is what keeps your customers returning and increases your business revenues. In my opinion because of these individuals, I will return and I will avoid other competitors for this specific location. So "KUDOS" to this specific store, and five ⭐ to these specific employees and their "Managers"👍🏻p.s., Some of you might say "that's their job", but not all employees conduct themselves in a professional manner, and these are great models for others.

The store is one of the cleanest I've visited,one of the best arranged and stocked. Also they have items that other grocery stores don't stock or can't get. In most cases if they don't have they can get it . Great place too shop.

Kroger always has what I need. I just wish they had more cashiers

This is a great location with a lot to choose from. They are open late, until 1:00am most nights! Very friendly staff that will help you look for things you can't find.

This store is well stocked, usually has a better sele croon than the store on Hwy 85 S (Town Center). Employees I've interacted with were pleasant and helpful.

This place has great customer service. Excellent facility. Great deals and manager specials and my clerk loved showing me how much I saved.

This Kroger is a frequent stop for me. It's located conveniently and the plaza is easy to get in and out of. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store offers a nice variety.

I love this Kroger's. I live in Riverdale, but it only takes me 5 minutes more to get there and they always have what I need. The most helpful staff as well.

I've been using Kroger pharmacy for at least 15 years they are so friendly and know who I am even when I call.thus is also the only place I buy groceries everyone is so friendly and helpful
