Yesterday Earlier in the morning 7:45 I went to check out the light at my dashboard (⚠ my tire needs air) but I didn't know which one . Then Mr. Tom approached with outstanding service he with a big smile and the other mechanic too, they was super professional Great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!✅

24 February 2020 - I'm an out of towner that needed two trailer tires for my travel/camper trailer when passing through. Took exactly two hours, and they even gave my wheel hubs a few squirts of grease for free. (I had breakfast a Ross the street at Chick-fil-A while I waited.) Super friendly staff. If I was a local I would definitely come back.

This place is very busy. If you think you'll be in-and-out with new tires in 30 minutes, that's an unreasonable expectation for anywhere, let alone a busy shop.

I gave these guys a call and spoke with Mack. We discussed options for new off road tires for my truck. After going over the available ones he could order, we picked a set and he ordered them for me. The next day, he gave me a call and said they were in. I brought my truck up there, and dropped it off cause there were a few folks in front of me in line. I get a call a couple hours later to tell me it was ready. I get there, and man my truck looked great on these new Faulken Wildpeak at3’s. I would recommend these guys to anyone wanting to get some good quality work done. Thanks guys!

Look, i'll keep it short and simple. Unless you are an experienced car mechanic, just go ahead and pay the $60 diagnostics fee. Would you rather have a sharpshooter, or would you rather throw darts in the dark? I went with the first option. They isolated the issue with my vehicle, and saved me over $300. I would definitely recommend GoodYear if you are having car issues and need quick, reliable, and excellent service.

Called the fayetteville GA location on Banks Rd. Spoke with John. We discussed several options for the size tires I would need for my camry. This was on Monday 3/6 the tires I wanted needed to be ordered,but I needed to put down a $25 dollar deposit for each tire. AND ON TUESDAY MORNING: My tires were delivered. I also thought I needed brakes? After completing a diagnostic on my brakes. I ended up NOT needing brakes. Ladies, you are well aware when going to most automotive shops. They usually up charge you for items you don't have a real need for your vehicle.

I AM EXTREMELY EXTREMELY GRATEFUL TO EVERYONE WHO IS EMPLOYED BY THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION THEY WILL NOT UP CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES THAT YOU DO NOT NEED. TOO ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES AT THE FAYETTEVILLE GA BANKS RD LOCATION. WE ARE NOW FAMILY.

I went to Walmart Auto-center in Fayette , worse decision ever lol. Goodyear changed my tire and gave me a decent price for a new tire. Service was friendly and SUPER FAST, Super super lol. Thanks again

These guys were spot on. I was leaving to go on vacation when my air conditioner went out in my car. Not only did they fix it ( recharge), but had it done within 2 hours on a busy Friday! I was on the road in no time with COLD air. Highly recommended!

The customer service I received was great. I had a lawn mower tire that was leaking air and the technician check for leaks repair the leak and gave you my tire back immediately. Maybe a 10 minutes away. Thanks for the timely and professional service...

This business was excellent in service. I had an accident and blew out 2 of my tires and damaged one of my rims. Not only did they have the tires i wanted at a very nice price. They then went through the trouble of finding me a replacement factory rim at half the cost of the dealer unknown to them at the time. The owner then went and brought my rim back in a pretty quick time seeing as i had a meeting to be at and even offered a ride home and lunch while i waited. This shop is pet friendly and i wish i had bought my dog with as he would have enjoyed himself as well. I was then recommended a service that would increase the life of my tires for free because the owner felt like his guys weren't moving fast enough. Overall i will now have a new service center and will be returning on a regular basis. Thank you GoodYear. Thank you Mack and all the guys in the back. Watch out for Paul though as he is a real jokester(really funny guy). I loved my experience.

I went to Goodyear for brake replacement service. The staff was extremely helpful and called me with updates on the service.

The cost was in line with what I expected to pay.

I will be using them again.

I have come here several times and I am always serviced in a professional way and the staff is ALWAYS very friendly with me and my daughter I have made the mistake of skipping out on them to go to Walmart for cheaper services and am disappointed every time. I went to walmart yesterday for an oil change and waited for over and hour before someone told me that they were refusing me service because the hood of my car was broken and I needed to see a mechanic. I knew it wasnt damaged before i drove in there so i was upset and came too goodyear to tell them my hood was broken but i needed an oil change. They opened my hood effortlessly as there was NOTHING wrong with it and gave me an oil change all under 1 hour. I am very pleased. I love these guys!

Been going to this store for many years because of the honest and friendly owner. There have times when they tell me I’m getting close on needing new tires but are honest and say I can probably get a few more thousand miles out of them rather than scaring me into buying new ones. My wife trusts them as well. So do the local police who get their cars worked on there as do the Chick-fil-A catering vehicles. They are busy at times but have a sitting area with free WiFi, etc.
