Red Lobster

We had a birthday dinner this evening. The service was excellent for our 6 top. The food was very good all around. We had AYCE shrimp, braised scallops, stuffed flounder and Admirals Platter.

The whole experience here is pleasant. I was there at lunch. They even held the doors open for my ♿ wheelchair. Very accommodating. And the food was delicious, as it always has been. Very clean eating area and bathroom. Very nice people. I just always love eating here.

Excellent place to eat with a great family atmosphere and delicious food all at a good price, we always enjoy the the unlimited shrimp feast that they're having every day now for $20 per person . Service at Red Lobster is always fast and friendly. The Admiral's Feast is another great dish I enjoy from time to time. Bottom line is you can't go wrong here

The big stand out was this chef did a great job cleaning the shrimp. A lot of places aren’t that patient or caring. So 5 stars for me

Came here for Christmas dinner. Our server did a good job, with the workload she had. Same with the kitchen, you could tell they were understaffed as well. Overall everything was good. I understand no one wants to work on Christmas, but if you are going to be open, make sure you have enough worker's to keep up.

Went on a Monday for lunch. Everything was cooked perfect that every bite was as good as the first bite. The biscuits had a crust and when you took a bite it was like a fluffy cloud on the inside. The fish had a crisp crust with a flavourful moist inside. Makes my mouth water just writing this review. Drink glass stayed full. Server was very pleasant. Have a blessed to all who reads this 🤩.

Had the seasonal GRILLED Lobster, shrimp & salmon. It's always great! Bread was fresh and flavorful as always. Gotta be sure and not eat too much as not not interfere with my meal. Waitress was attentive. This location was in point with everything. A great experience with the food and the people. I will be back

Came here Sunday (Dec 10, 2023) around 2pm. Place was moderately busy but we were seated immediately. Our server came up also immediately, her name was Tyra (hope I spelled that correctly) and she was very professional, polite and efficient.

She took our drink order, my friend ordered some kind of chocolate martini and I had apparently a seasonal "old fashioned " if I remember correctly. The chocolaty martini was good, my friend enjoyed it; I tried a sip and it was good, different but good. My "old fashioned" (I wish I had taken pics so I apologize if it was not the drink I thought it was!) was good, a little sweeter than I thought with some "christmassy" ornamentation and I'm thinking a cinnamon or chicory stick(?), again not complaining just not what I expected but still tasty!

Tyra brought us some water and the obligatory wonderful biscuits which were awesome and warm!

We ordered an appetizer of the Crispy Dragon shrimp, which was indeed crispy, had a great spicy/sweet flavor, and cooked perfect.

For our entrees, my friend had the Sesame Soy Salmon Bowl which came out exactly as pictured and she really enjoyed it. The salmon was fresh and good and the Brussels sprouts and spring mix veggies looked and tasted just like the menu pictured.

I ordered the fish and chips plate (I know, boring BUT I was just craving any kind of fish and this met that need! The fish is a battered cod, and it was cooked nicely, the batter had a good flavor, the fries were better than many places that actually specialize in fries! The cole slaw was also surprisingly good.

The food, the service and the overall cleanliness of the place earned the 5-star review. I also want to again thank our server Tyra, she was exemplary and made the experience much better. Definitely recommend and will return.

(I should have gotten photos like I normally do but I assure you the items we ordered looked EXACTLY as they appeared on the menu!)

We had a much better experience at this location. My son and i ate at a different location about a month ago and it was awful. So bad that Red Lobster reached out to me about my review and made things right. We used our giftcard at the Cartersville location and this location redeemed Red Lobster for me. Good size portions, good food, and of course those Cheddar Bay Biscuits! Will return to this location.

We drive all the way to Cartersville because this Red Lobster gets it right.
There are two other Red Lobsters closer to my home. One in Kennesaw and one in Cobb County. They suck. The Cartersville location always provides great service and food. Well worth the drive from Dallas Georgia.

The food was the expected Red Lobster. What made today’s dining experience so special was our server. Her name is Sequoyah and she was excellent

Our waitress was excellent. Danielle let us know about a better deal, so we saved money on our order.

Service was good, they didn't have anyone to make good mixed drinks. Prices are high. Audrey is a awesome server, this lady needs a raise.

We celebrated my dad's 101 birthday here and it was perfect!!!

The server who brought the food out was excellent. She brought adequate coctail sauce, lemon, butter, and sour cream even though the automated phone system didn't give me the option of asking. Very thoughtful of her.

We had a party of 8 and they sat us very quickly. Our service John S was wonderful, fun, and professional. All our food was fantastic and the crab legs comes with a bib! Made it even better. The manager came by and checked on us during our meal.
