Dr. Kendrick is an excellent dentist! He did an amazing job with my crowns. My teeth are so beautiful! He is the best dentist I have ever had!
His goal is for patients to be happy with their new smile. The dental hygienist’s are very friendly and professional! The front desk clerks always greet you
with a smile and always willing to answer any questions or concerns! This will be my forever dentist office!

Dr. Jeff Kendrick has been my dentist for over 25 years. There is NO ONE else I would go to. He is thorough and has the experience and expertise to meet all my dental needs. I totally trust him in decisions made for my dental health. His staff is accommodating and extremely friendly. My hygienist, Katheryn Powell, is extremely detailed in cleaning my teeth. They all make you feel like you are part of their family. I would highly recommend this practice!!!

This practice is great! Rhonda at the front desk is a gem and very helpful with insurance questions. Dr. Wilson was very patient, diligent, and ensured my comfort with my procedure. I would absolutely recommend this practice!

I broke a tooth and needed an emergency appointment as a new patient and they worked me right in in a timely manner. Dr. Wilson was knowledgeable and repaired the tooth without any discomfort at all. In looking at the repair you can't tell that there was ever an issue.

They didn't try to upsell me for unneeded services and they truly made me feel that my dental health was their first priority.

The office is ultra clean and beautifully decorated.

Special shout out to Ms. Rhonda and Sabrina for their warmth and patience in guiding me through the process.

My only regret about today's visit is that I didn't find them sooner.

Heritage Dental Associates are great. The office is beautiful and clean. Dr. Kendrick has equipped the office with very updated equipment that saves time and money. I’ve been to many dentists, Heritage Dental is by far the best ever. I recommend this Dental office to anyone needing a competent professional dentist for a problem or just to have a great dentist for ongoing good dental hygiene. 👍

My wife and I LOVE these guys! From the moment you walk in the front door everyone on the staff makes you feel like part of the family. Both of the dentists are great at what they do. All of the hygienists and both dentists are very warm, friendly and have a very soft touch when doing any type of procedure with you! We've been with the Heritage dental family for nearly 18 years and would not dream of going anywhere else.

Very kind young man very honest about his findings. He saved me $10,000 that another Dentist Office had planned out. This was a 2nd opinion and it was so worth my time. Everyone in the office was so kind and seemed to really love their job. I have already called 3 friends that were looking for a Dentist. Easy to get to very little traffic not near the hospital. Office was beautiful so clean and made me feel relaxed like home.

Very pleasant experience. I haven’t been to the dentist about my teeth in a while, but as soon as I walk in I felt warm and at home. Everyone on staff was very polite and friendly. The hygienist whom taken care of me was very sweet and professional. She took her time and asked me exactly what I wanted. The dentist gave me a plan and now I’m on my way to smiling again.

Everyone is always so helpful and nice! Rhonda and all the hygienists remember us every time and are always very patient. Today especially, my youngest needed extra patience and care- everyone was so very kind and she left smiling! Thank you!!

This was our first visit and it was amazing. The staff was all smiles and friendly interaction from beginning to end. Everyone including Dr. Kendrick was professional and showed how much they care about their patients. No doubt they love their job. Thank you for everything!

My experiences at Dr. Kendrick’s office are always positive. Emily is an excellent hygienist, efficient and gentle as well. Both check-in and check-out are quick and easy, and Dr. Kendrick himself is efficient and attentive and puts the patient at ease immediately.

I had two wisdom teeth removed yesterday and I am probably the happiest patient in dental history, lol. I feel great and am able to work today (I work from home on computer so it's not a heavy duty physical job). I have no pain and just a little swelling and an excuse to eat ice cream. The dental assistant, Kelly, and Dr. Kendrick gave such excellent compassionate patient care and the staff are always so pleasant (from Sabrina at the front desk when you walk in and to Rhonda at the front when you walk out the whole office is just a pleasant comforting environment for big babies like me, lol). I am glad I found this dental office through the internet when I was searching for a dentist back in 2022. I recommend anybody who has been putting off going to see a dentist to go see Dr. Kendrick and Dr. Wilson and staff at Heritage Dental in Fayetteville. The first time I went to Heritage Dental was only the third time in my life I had been to a dentist ever (I was in my late 40s at the time) and there was no judgement whatsoever. I know inflation and high costs of everything today make some people put off dental care, and I know fear of being judged for lack of dental care in your past make some people put off dental care, but you use your teeth to eat, speak, and smile which are important things so make oral healthcare a priority too.

I've been a patient of this practice since I was 19 years old and I'm 55 now. I wouldn't go anyplace else. They are the very BEST!!! The entire staff is AMAZING and Dr. Kendrick and Dr. Wilson are outstanding!!! I trust my teeth to no one but them!!!

Everything was super!!! From the professionalism when you walk in the door to the cleaning and consult. We were referred by a friend that only HEARD about Heritage. We are so grateful we followed through. Excellent!!!!!

I always have a pleasant experience with the staff and Dr. Kendrick. I use to dread the dentist due to childhood anxiety going to the dentist. The office has a warm welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this dentist and the staff.

The staff is Always friendly and helpful. It's very easy to obtain an appointment. Their hours are good. The office and exam rooms are very neat and clean. I give Hertiage Dental Ten Stars out of five. They always set the standard for great service and care.

Today my dental technician was Armanda. She was very courteous and often asked if I was comfortable during the process. Amanda was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. I will be happy to have her do my cleaning again.

They replaced two fillings, I didn't feel any pain at all, they were very kind and considerate to me, even though I was a little nervous, their work was excellent and professional, highly recommended.
When I returned to the front desk, a person told me that I had a smile on my face, and I realized that I really left there happy!

I took my 84 year old mother in to have some teeth extracted. Dr. Wilson and Kelly were great with her! So friendly and they made her feel comfortable!
