SEPHORA inside JCPenney

Wonderful experience visiting this location. I was immediately greeted by Store Associate- Bryan. He was exceptionally kind, went over the specific products I came in to purchase and answered any and all of my questions. Truly great customer service!

Kayla was so helpful she has amazing customer service . I had just got there and she came up within a minute and asked me if I needed help with anything I told her I was okay and she assured me that if I needed anything to just let her know . She did the same to the customers around me. I shopped around and once I got to checkout she asked if I found everything okay i needed help finding a item and she walked me over . I had a really great experience shopping there . Great customer service here , very attentive and helpful .

The young lady that helped me @ 3:15pm on 10/8/19 was the most sweetest and knowledgeable in my history of running into this place in 2 states! I was in a hurry because I had no business in there 😒...she got me in and out in less than 5 minutes! She rocks! I sure hate I forgot her name.

Love the free perfume samples you can get. Store is always clean and customer service is great. Don't always have what I need but not a deal breaker to prevent me from returning.

I come here often, to do my facials. And it's worth the drive, being none of the Sephora workers ever have an attitude, they actually want to work on you. And if you do the face cleansing, they'll do it at no cost to you.

Great selection to be inside of a larger store. Great customer service, nice rewards program, you can also use JCPenney's rewards. Upbeat music, clean store, well lit testing station, and good store layout.

This store is part of the JC Penny's company..The Sephora merchandise is worth Visiting.. Customers are able to purchase items with There Cash or Credit Cards..We ladies Love checking out the New Make up..The Employees are helpful and friendly and choosing the Right Deal.. There's Different Kinds of power,eye liner and lipstick available..

My face broke out severely. So I decided to make some changes to my skincare and makeup regimen. Devin was perfect and patient(I am a bit picky). She answered my questions was very knowledgeable. Now my skin is back on track. Thanks Devin!

Even though their were two associates working they worked the floor and was able to cater to everybody in a timely manner. Stay was very nice and helpful.
