Brian Still is the ultimate trainer to help you meet your personal fitness goals. When I started my weight loss journey, I didn’t know what to expect. Daily I experienced growth in my levels of determination, motivation and outcomes. I was on six medications to manage my blood pressure. Currently I am no longer on bp medications. This journey has been filled with lifestyle changes. He encouraged me to keep showing up. I do and the when I’m consistent, so are my RESULTS.

I have been training with Brian for a little over a year now and I can honestly say I would not have reached my fitness goals without him. I have been on a weight gain journey for about 3 years, but it wasn’t until I started training with him that I truly started to see progress. He’s very dedicated to helping each and every one of his clients no matter what their goals may be. As long as you stay consistent and motivated, the results will most definitely come.

I’ve trained with Brian for almost 5 years and I haven’t had a trainer push me harder than him. I went from being a Division one offensive linemen to looking like I can play linebacker. Lost 60lbs from my playing days through being under Brian’s tutelage. “Mr. 90 Days” is more than a perfect nickname for him. All you have to do is keep showing up and the results will show for themselves. Best trainer in the state!

I absolutely love this gym and enjoy training with Brian so much. Sometimes his methods may seem a bit extreme but he gets results. Throw whatever limits you’ve put on yourself out the window, because he pushes you above and beyond. I look forward to continuing my training with him for sure. I cannot wait to meet my fitness goals at the Dominant Performance gym.

Brian Stills is by far the best trainer hands down!!! He motivates you, works with you, and calls you out your BS, which everyone needs in my opinion. The gym atmosphere is one of family and you feel a sense of support as soon as you walk in there. Mr. 90Days could not have picked a better name! Currently, I’ve been training with him for about 2 going on 3 months and my physique/shape has never looked better. There’s been some days where I’ve wanted to quit, but the support and encouragement from him and the other ladies I workout with is unmatched.
