Had an incredible experience today. Needed my battery replaced during the freezing 6 degree weather. Duncan was an amazing help. He was very kind and provided great service in such cold weather with the store very busy already. I was able to make it to work on time. I will be coming back to this location for future work. I purchased a battery at a different Autozone and it was still under warranty but was no longer holding a charge. I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or something else. When I went into the store I was greeted by a friendly staff. The employee, Dan, helped me out. He tested the battery and gave me a call when he had the results. Unfortunately, the battery was bad. With no hassle Dan got me a replacement battery and I was on my way. Great staff! He was very helpful.

My car needed a new battery. We went in, gave the guys the make and model of my car, they installed the battery, and we were on our way in less than half an hour. These guys are great. It was only 5 degrees today. They could have declined to install it, but didn’t. I can’t thank them enough for doing so. We didn’t know the first thing about installing a battery. We will definitely be back for any future car needs.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff; Logan was so polite as he checked my car battery and answered all of my questions.
Last week the store manager, Dan helped me work through a problem with my car from beginning to end. He was so patient and willing to help, I will definitely be back!

My car battery died and I took my car here to get a new battery with my mom. Dan Ramsey was very sweet and not only checked it to see if it was still good but also installed a new battery for me. I know nothing about cars and he made sure to explain everything and I never felt like he was talking down to my mom and I. He was a amazing and very nice!

I had a battery tested and replaced yesterday and would like to thank both associates for doing a great job. The gentleman who installed it had a heck of a time getting the old one out due to corrosion but managed to get it out . They were both super friendly and helpful and this is the reason I continue to go to this AZ location.

On Sunday Jan 7, 2024 my wife's car battery went completely dead in her 2020 Jaguar F-pace car. I had to have AAA Roadside Assistance, unlock the car, jump the battery and test it - to find out the battery was no good. He said, If you turn off the car it most likely wouldn't restart." Unfortunately for him, he couldn't get a battery for a day or so.

With not wanting to worry about it... I went driving around to O Reilly's (Gravois and Lemay Ferry), and Autozone (Affton & Lemay ferry) as well. They all said, "It takes 45 minutes and must be done be a dealer." I knew they were just being lazy.

So, I came into your location on Baptist Church Rd and met "Joe". I asked him if he could help me out with it! He said, "Let me take a look at it." he goes "Yeah, I can do it if we have it. Let me check." He finds out that it's in stock, checked me out at the registers, grabbed his tools, and went out to do it.

12 Minutes later, he asked my wife to start the car and he was done(Not 45 minutes, just 12). I told Joe directly, "Your competition is giving you their money!" I was so happy that he took the time to do it that I gave him $25 bucks. He earned it. Joe is a younger guy with a good work ethic... I told him to keep working hard, you'll get ahead. Nobody else wants to work anymore!

You guys are lucking to have a guy like Joe at your place!

Needed a battery for a Ford Escape, and the battery is located in a very tough spot. Dan at Autozone went above and beyond the call and replaced the battery. Very polite and professional.

I got my headlights replaced about 2 months ago. I was lucky enough to work with the Manager named Pat. He helped instruct a new worker on how to replace bulb. I noticed today that my light was out again. I once again was lucky enough to get Pat M. your manager. He looked over the problem and was able to fix my socket that wouldn’t hold the bulb. We looked at sockets you had available but with my crv being so old you didn’t have what I needed. I so VERY a much appreciated his knowledge & willingness to do what it took to solve my problem. What a nice, professional. & kind employee you have. I will share my experiences with friends. I tried to tip Pat. M. but he wouldn’t take anything. Thank you for having him work for you! I truly appreciated the outcome.

I called the Baptist Church AutoZone to see if they could help me with a dead battery. A fabulous guy named Pat assured they could. When I got my car started I drove over and Pat tested my battery. It was 5 years old and needed to be replaced. Pat explained my options and agreed to install it for me. He made a really stressful situation so much easier. Thank you so much!

Came in needing wipers and possibly a battery. Mike and Russ set me up with the correct wipers and then tested my battery. Needing a battery they showed me my options. Then replaced my bad battery. Could not have asked for better and friendlier service. This is why my wife, 3 daughters and I trust AutoZone.

On November 21st, after being turned away from O'Reilly's across the street, I came to AutoZone hoping they would be able to assist in changing my headlights. I was immediately helped and was even taught how to change my own headlights in the future. I can't remember the name of who helped me, but he was amazing! The entire experience that I had here was helpful and affirming. The workers in this location are absolutely wonderful with customer service and extremely knowledgeable. I definitely would come back to this location although it is far from home.

This is truly a fantastic store. The employees who work here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had been driving and had some lights including a battery light that came on. Pulled into AutoZone and Patrick was a HUGE help!! Checked my battery and as we suspected it was bad. Now this day was windy and freezing. Right before a bad and frigid winter storm came through. He replaced my battery and got my car going even though it was so cold out and taught me a few new things as well. I was so thankful, as I was on my way to see my mother in the hospital and need the car to pick her up in the blizzard the next day. Thanks to Patrick is was able to drive through the storm and get my mother safely with my new battery. Thank you Patrick for being so amazing and if you ever need parts, help or questions answered. This is your store. You will never regret coming to this AutoZone!!!!!
