They live up to their name for sure. Justin works on my truck when I bring it in, and he is fantastic. David has amazing customer service and keeps you updated throughout the entire process. Amazing work, fair price, and THEY HONOR THEIR WARRANTY WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED! I got my truck re-geared and was experiencing some vibration afterwards. I took it back, they got it in the same day, went over everything meticulously, found the issue and fixed it (nothing they did). It's hard to find good and honest mechanics these days, but they are definitely still out there, and Top Quality is proof.

I returned to Top Quality for other work, and, as usual, they treated this old lady and her 1999 old car with kindness and respect. Other car places have denigrated my well maintained vehicle because its age, not Adam, Bill and this crew, they treat my vehicle like the value machine it is me. I dropped in at this shop for an oil leak, and arrived with usual trepidation women sometimes may feel at these service shops. I was quoted a price and then it steadily rose to the highest amount I could pay. Well, it appears as if older cars sometimes have unforeseen issues and then the price goes up. I didn't think well of the situation, unhappy. The manager texted me later about the service and then Adam called. We talked and we agreed the quote could have been handled differently. It was a pleasant experience and I returned later for another service, it all went well. Great experience. If I need any additional services, I will return to see Bill, car tech, and Adam, the manager.

I always bring my bucket truck here and they always work fast to get me out in a timely manner.

These guys literally saved my life. I had work done at another shop prior to brining in my car. I knew I had alignment issues that led to new brakes, rotors, calipers, and 2 alignments. This still did not fix the problem. I took my car into Top Quilty they placed it on the rack and immediately told me I was leaking break fluid, and one of my rear brakes was not even attached. If I would have continued driving my car I would have had NO BRAKES! NO BRAKES! NO BREAKS! These guys took control, showed me the problems, and corrected them. I will definitely use these guys again if needed, and highly recommend them if you need car care!

i was referred by a neighbor and then looked at the on-line reviews. Nick spent a significant amount of time with me when I went in and was still hesitant to give me a diagnosis until he could duplicate the problem that did not reveal itself when I got the car in and one of his guys took it on a test drive. Once the problem was discovered I was relieved that it was not what "I thought" it might have been - which would have been an expensive fix. Instead, Nick's honest diagnosis was a tire that was old. That's it! I left with an estimate and Top Quality has a new, local and loyal customer!! Fair and competitive pricing for parts and labor. Great customer service both in person and over the phone!

I came in to get my radiator replaced and everyone was so pleasant and informative. The price was very reasonable and I was able to have my car back in 24 hours. They also checked other issues on my car and gave me quotes for each one. I would highly recommend and I will be back.

I can’t say enough great things about this shop! The owners are very nice and they have the best customer service. They’ve always been honest and professional, while being affordable at the same time. I’ve been taking my car here for the past few years now and have always had a great experience. Protip: pay with cash as their credit card company (not sure what you call it) charges customers 10% if they pay with credit or debit, at no fault of the actual car shop. They have a sign up warning this in shop but I missed it too when I went in.

Wish i could leave 10 stars!!! Awesome all the way around! I went here at the recommendation of a friend and hands down best service i have ever received! I called and they told me to bring my car right over! (called the dealership and tried to get them to check out my car they gave me an appt 2 months away) They had my car diagnosed and ready to go the same day!

They do just what they say they'll do and if for whatever reason they can't do something (which is rare) they will tell you that too (and give suggestions).

This place is amazing. I was in a bind and didn't know who to trust. Top Quality made me feel extremely comfortable and confident in choosing them for a my car repair. Nick and the staff took great care of me there are excellent and honest and did a excellent job on my car I could only get certain things fixed but they worked with me. They worked on my car the same day it broke down the night before. Everywhere else I called was mean and said next week. I highly recommend them if you do not know what is wrong and you give Nick all the details he will work a miracle on your car I love my new car people.
