If I could give Dr. Sanchez 10 stars I would. After bouncing from doctor to doctor on the south side of Atlanta for my mom, I found Dr. Sanchez. I could not believe his amazing over the top bedside manners, his attention, and his kind, personable way of dealing with my mom. Not only him - Deborah was not only professional but personable. Some people do not need personable, but I do. His genuine concern for his patients is not common and he treats his patients like humans, not cattle. While in the waiting area, I found out the patient there came from far to see him. Then I heard people saying has patients that fly from NY, Alabama and other parts of the country... I can see why. Mom is feeling LOTS better with a complete different diagnosis than the last 2 doctors she saw. I promise you - you will not be disappointed.

The friendliest staff. Dr. Sanchez is one of the few doctors that spends more then 5 mins with you. He takes his time making sure to listen your every concern. You never leave his office confused or have dwelling concerns.

I highly recommend Dr. Sanchez to anyone who has been to different doctors and heard the words "there is nothing else I can do to help you". Those words are not in Dr. Sanchez's vocabulary. I began seeing Dr. Sanchez in 2006, for chronic migraines, after three neurologists gave up. He began trying different medications and combinations of medications until he found something that helped. He takes his time with each patient and listens! He isn't one of those doctors that rushes through the examination so he can see more patients in an hour. He is very thorough and takes the time to answer all of your questions. I was very fortunate to have found him twelve years ago when I felt no one was going to be able to help me. My migraines have not gone away, but Dr. Sanchez continues to try new medications and new ways to reduce the severity and frequency of my migraines.

Dr. Sanchez is a superb Neurologist. Extremely knowledgeable, easy to speak with and compassionate about good health for his patients. He spent a half hour consulting with my son.

Dr Sánchez is a very experienced doctor, knowledgeable and personable. I do not have more than great words for him. Unfortunately I am leaving his practice as his administrative office staff is simply a disaster. They sent me to collection without even presenting me a bill for the first time or by first billing my insurance. His office never told me before seen Dr Sanchez that he is out of the insurance companies network, so I ended up paying everything out of my pocket (several thousand). Contacting his office is a nightmare. Getting my medical records requested by my primary physician office per my written authorization was a burden.I would simply summarize my experience with Dr Sanchez by saying he is a great doctor without a diligent administrative office which makes it as not a viable choice for me.

Dr Sanchez himself is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, has all the time in the world. His nurse is also lovely. Crystal the EEG technician turned up 15 minutes late for my daughter’s sleep-deprived EEG, no explanation or apology, wearing the same dirty jacket she wore for the first EEG. She had no idea why we were there and made my daughter recount her (distressing) history instead of reading her notes. Crystal wore her mask on her chin and sniffed heavily and wetly throughout. Five stars otherwise but …

Dr. Sanchez couldn’t be a better doctor and i am a new patient who would love to continue being serviced by him to get well. But...the evil monster that is JoAnn will inevitably drive this practice under the ground. I was provided documentation/orders to get an MRI and contacted two of the locations that “the office” provided ME to contact. The mri offices only accept paperwork faxed in from the doctor you cannot walk in your paperwork.

I called back to the office only to be talked over and berated by JoAnn over and over who in the end told me I had to provide them with the fax info for the company “they” referred me to...ok no prob. I provided them two fax numbers multiple times throughout the day and the MRI office still has no fax of my paperwork....

When I called back to Dr. Sanchez’s office evil belligerent JoAnn says....”this is the last time I’m gonna fax anything”...how is that? This is contingent on my patient care there is no “last time”!

The office could have called the mri office to ensure that they received the proper documentation but no...that’s too much like right!

Dr Sanchez please revisit having this family member as an employee as she is driving away patients who deserve your GOOD care!

If my family and I could leave zero stars we would but we are leaving 1 for Dr. Sanchez, he is a very knowledgeable doctor and would even recommend him for friends, he helped my dad get much better from recent diagnose of Parkinson's and Epilepsy. But unfortunately his administrative staff and office manager who I found out was his wife is very unprofessional. They sent my dad to collections for $1000 medical bill because his insurance was put in wrong and therefore everything that was billed came back denied, we repeatedly told them to please fix that but his wife was ignorant at letting us explain our side and said he will no longer be seen at our office which was fine whatever but they refused to give at least 1 month supply of his medication until we found another doctor who will see my dad. I hope nobody ever does that to her but anyways overall Dr. Sanchez was very good at knowing my dad's disease but I would not recommend going to his practice.

These are not false accusations, as described in other reviews we’ve all have had the same experience so therefore the patients are not the problem but thanks for replying!

Dr. Sanchez is a great doctor but he lets his office manager -ex mother in-law díctate this place. She’s mercenary, controlling and money hungry. My mom needed a formal doctor letter, instead what she got from this office manager from hell was her patients records signed off by the doctor. This is the best that could be done according to her for a fee of $75! This is point blank robbery. Outrageous!!!
