Always very professional and dedicated to customer service while being honest about the needs vehicle. The staff is excellent and go out of their way to explain things and help the customer in the most efficient, cost effective way.

I have come here for over 4 years. They are always looking out for my best interest on how to help me maintain my car. I come to get my engine oil replaced and they always check everything out from the lights to even the windshield wipes. I definitely can say I trust them completely with my car.

I used Merlin's for 20+ years, but there's a new business in this location now. Top Quality Car Care, which has had a nearby location for a while, has moved into this building as well. Merlin's is closed.

Merlin was a great experience. Very friendly and informative staff they kept me up to date on my vehicle, estimates and time frames to help make the best decision for my car. I have used this company for over ten years. I have NEVER had a bad experience and I’ve issued them for a multitude of items. They are quick, professional, and most importantly QUALITY. Also, I feel like shops are out to make a dollar but not this place. They are reasonable and don’t break the bank. We use them for all three of our vehicles. Steve will get the job done ✔ and get it done well.

My crazy morning got much better after towing my car to Merlin’s. Car was pulled in and the work began; I asked questions and they answered in layman’s terms. I’ve been bringing my car to Merlin’s for some years now and have seen a drastic improvement. The staff is simply amazing which makes this whole ordeal better. I do a lot of my own on my car , just replaced some suspension, and went in for an alignment got me in and out in less than a hour. , after working all day it was a welcome to get off and have such a fast turnaround

Steven Miller, general manager of Merlin's 200,000 Mile Shop, has been doing repairs on my vehicles off and on since 2007. I exclusively use this shop now for all of our vehicle maintenance and repair needs. To begin the building is immaculate. The grounds are kept clean and there is always adequate parking. Upon entering the office area, I have always immediately been greeted by every employee around. Often finding Loretta waiting at the desk with a big smile. The restroom is accessible and is pristine clean! Steven and the mechanics he has hired are experts at what they do. They diagnose even the most obscure issues with ease. And they do it all! They are very well-mannered, professional, and honest. I drive an older model Jeep Grand Cherokee, Steven and his crew have repaired the door handle, the computer (PCS), they have replaced all my brakes and rotors, replaced the water pump, installed brand new tires, gave it a complete tune up, fixed heater core, and just yesterday, Steven replaced our throttle sensor. All of these jobs were separate and each time we received the same continuity of affordable quality work we have come to expect from Merlin's. I brought my grandmother in with an issue regarding Taurus for which she had traveled to 10 other mechanics for and they told her there was no problem. One even told her that her car would have to break down before they could diagnose what was wrong with it! Steven listened to her concerns and promptly diagnosed the problem. She had an engine mount issue. He informed her it wasn't a high priority repair. She was so grateful and impressed he didn't try to up-sell her or advise her to make a purchase for unnecessary repairs. He serviced her vehicle and winterized it at an affordable price and won her over as a customer as well. I keep referring my friends and family. Everyone has been extremely pleased and impressed with the affordability, quality and service they have received at Merlin's.

Steven Miller is absolutely amazing!!! He gave very quick and great quality work!! The customer service was fantastic!! I have done business with him several times and every time he delivers in outstanding results. I would recommend this shop to anyone!! Loretta is the front counter woman. She is very sweet and very caring. She will keep you well informed and does her job with a big smile!! I love these guys!!!

This is the only place I bring my car. As a first time car owner who knows nothing about cars, they’ve consistently provided me with useful info. Very nice and honest people who do good work for reasonable prices :)

Merlin Auto Repair is a great shop, and I take my cars to Merlin to be routinely serviced and maintained. They offer great services at reasonable prices, and I like to support local businesses. Steve, the manager, is always friendly and helps to get my car serviced as efficiently as possible. I recommend Merlin for your automotive maintenance needs!

They were super helpful and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They were happy to show me exactly what was going on with my car and explain why certain things needed to be done or not. I have a Subaru and they have a certified subaru mechanic so definitely take your subbie there! They took good care of my car!

Talking about customer service! I went in because my brakes were making a terrible sound. Being new to the area I was unsure where to go. I am super glad I went to Merlin's! Steve did an amazing job explaining the work needed to be performed and broke down the cost for each item and labor. He realized it would be a costly job and did his best to provide the best service at a reasonable cost! Most mechanics try to over charge you for unnecessary work, but Steve did not! He was able to fix the issue without trying to up-sell me by claiming I needed more work. He treats his customers like friends. WE WILL DEFINITELY be going back for all services on all our vehicles.

Went to several places to find out why my truck was making an awful noise. Spent a lot of money in the process. Within an hour, Merlin had it figured out and helped me with my warranty as well. I have never gone anywhere else since then, even for an oil change. They are knowledgeable, professional, and timely. Highly suggest for any Auto needs!

❤There are no words to express this shop but I’ll try……they are so friendly & Honest I needed my radiator and coolant reservoir replaced and they did a wonderful job in a timely manner.
