Town Square Jewelers is one of the best locations I’ve visited. The staff members are always friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The communication through text is such a great touch. They have a unique touch by making sure they open the door for each customer upon exiting, very hospitable. I’ve gotten several items repaired, and the quality of work is always great and affordable.

Starr was great, and she was very knowledgeable about the inventory. She showed us engagement rings in our price range and I was able to find one that I loved. We also did not have to spend a ton of time in the store (as we experienced at other Jewelers that we visited). I found my perfect ring! I highly recommend going to Town Square Jewelers and let Starr take good care of you!

While window shopping, I discovered a platinum solitaire ring with blue diamond accents that caught my eye. I wanted to see the setting in yellow gold with emerald accents so Eric offered to do some digging and see where the setting came from and if it was even available in yellow gold. He did the research contacted the designer sent us drawings and provided terrific customer service. The ring is simply gorgeous and we would recommend Eric and this Town Square to anyone.

I wore a family-gifted ring for the first time and had to have it cut from my finger, due to swelling. I wanted to save it, if possible, as it is sentimental. Eric quickly removed it, checked it to ensure repair was feasible, and sized my finger for a refit. I received it within a few days, as promised, and cleaned, and I now enjoy my beautifully repaired ring. Thank you, Town Square Jewelers.

One of my favorite necklaces recently broke and I was in search of a local jewelry repair shop. I decided to stop by Town Square Jewelers after see their amazing ratings and reviews. I was greeted soon as I walked through the door. The establishment is clean, friendly, and welcoming. Eric assisted me by answering all of my questions. He was so kind, patient, well dressed, and professional!!! I dropped off my necklace during my lunch break and to my surprise received a text message less than 2 hours later and my necklace was ready for pickup. We have purchased a few high end and minor pieces at Town Square. Had some work done on pieces we already owned. The quality and selection here is virtually peerless. The staff expertise and collaborative environment make the buying process actually enjoyable. Eric Hoffman has always assisted us from the moment we walk in, to listening to what we're looking for and making multiple suggestions, to walking us to the car. Took my son's necklace in for a repair and Evan helped me. He went above and beyond to make sure my son's necklace was fixed properly and in a timely manner. Was very nice and took care of all my needs. Will definitely be using them again and of course with the help of Evan!

Town Square Jewelers do a great job with repairs and appraisals. I needed to have several pieces of jewelry repaired and appraised. The work was done quickly and appraisals were completed on scheduled date. Eric and Mary-Kate are true knowledgable professionals in the jewelry business. Liah was great! I came in to upgrade the bracelet my Pandora bracelet. She showed me the different styles and made a recommendation, which I loved. She was so patient and transferred all of my charms to the new bracelet. She

Was privileged enough to be waited on by Aster. Splitstone. Great service! I put a pandora bracelet together for my wife with our son’s birth stones and a few other charms. Aster was patient, engaging and personable. She allowed me make changes and get a good look at different variations until I found the perfect combination. Thank you again Aster! The Capt America and Iron Man look amazing.
