I'm a US ARMY Vet 🇺🇸and I have a very good experience with plumbing today Mr.Matt and Mr.Tab help me with gathering the correct tools 🔧to fix my yard and bathroom pipes and foset .I'm gratefulf for their time and patience.Also at garden Ms.Asia very polite and professional cashier.
With their help I fix 🥰my water problems at my home.Once again Thank you so much!👏

I always find something at this store. I frequent the garden center for their discounted plants. It make me feel like a kid in a candy store. Staff is very personable

Great customer service! if employees doesn't know how to help you they will find someone who can. leon in the flooring dept help us to get everything we needed for flooring and took time to answer all our many questions. We left having a full understanding of what it takes to get the flooring done. Thank you so much!

I can always find what I'm looking for at Lowe's and this particular location is no exception. I also like the ease of use of the military discount program. The discounts certainly help this single mother and vet to stay within budget on my home maintenance projects. I recently purchased storm doors and found them to be of high quality.

Built a Wine Cellar in my basement .... electrical, framing, paint, stack stone, slat wall, stain for walls, stain for concrete floor, light fixtures, trim lumber, nail gun..need to thank Lee at Lowe's for his help and input. (table, chairs, mini bar, wall art, ..... Amazon ...).

Definitely check locations to save time and gas but Lowes comes through for their customers, especially military/first responders.

I went shopping for work gloves. A very nice employee spent 15 minutes with me trying to find a small size. Even though they did not have them, I was happy because my customer service experience was excellent. Very nice and clean store. Lots of signage.

Always a pleasure.Helpful associates.Had a great experience today with Mr.Zehari in the appliance section.He greeted us very friendly and asked how he can be of assistance.He was very knowledgeable and helpful and gave us professional advice in what fridge we were looking for.His speedy completion of the paperwork was amazing.He even accompanied us to the checkout.
Also I would like to mention Mrs.Kim in the garden center who went above and beyond for us purchasing sod.Her friendly energy and her personality towards the customers were shining through.She had a kind word for everybody.Cudos to this Lowe's Fayetteville, Ga. location and their outstanding associates.😊

Another Lowes and another great experience. We knew exactly what we wanted and where to find it but needed help finding the exact item number. When we split up to look for help, we both found someone (quickly) at the same time and the two employees both stuck around to make sure we got what we needed. I want to say their names were Kenny and Wayne but I may be wrong.... anyways, they treated us with respect and we really appreciated that too. Check out was also a breeze!

Love Lowes friendly staff and they always have what I need. It’s always clean and the staff likes to talk and smile at you.

I couldn't find the item I needed, so I asked an associate. As we were talking, a very rude customer begin to demand help. The associate attempted to calm him down and politely asked what did he need. He left me to take care of the rude customer. But, to my surprise, 5 minutes later, he found me again. Not only was he helpful, But he never changed his pleasant demeanor. I asked what was his name, and he said Jeremy. I was so impressed with the customer service that I had to do this survey. Hats off to you Jeremy!! Job well done!!

This store has the most beautiful ste front doors pricey but nice.

I had to leave a review for this Lowe’s. Wayne in the plumbing section saved me $750 by helping me find what I needed to fix the leak in house. 2 hours and only $71 later, NO LEAKS! Wayne, if you’re reading this, I owe you a steak dinner! I’m coming back once I get settled in my new house! YOU ARE THE MAN!

I also bought a washer and dryer set from this Lowe’s yesterday, got delivered and installed today. What a seamless transaction it was. I can’t remember who helped me, I believe his name’s Clayton. Thank you so much! They’re getting all of my business from now on!

My visit to Lowes in Fayetteville, Georgia was great. The two older gentleman that assisted me, we're very detailed oriented. They measured my trunk and gave me an advice on how to get my purchase to my home safely. They had to left my 200 lb fireplace onto to the dolly but it was done graciously and with a smile. Even the gentleman that took my product to my truck, had difficulty lifting it but they smiled, joked, and got it accomplished. Thanks so much!
