J & M AUTO SERVICE

My vehicle has been serviced, exclusively, by my friends at J & M Automotive Service since purchased new in 2006. It has accumulated 135,000 miles and still runs and performs almost like new! I have always been treated, with the utmost honesty, integrity and as a valued friend and customer. I can recommend the team at "J & M" , without reservation and wish them continued success!

I have a 2015 Lexus 350 and I’ve never had a problem with it until I did. I took it to the Lexus dealership the price to fix it was $2,500. Keith at J&M Auto Service price was $900 to fix the same problem. Do I need to say any more. They are professional, fair with pricing and most importantly they know what they are doing. They also guarantee their work so if you need your car repaired go here. They service all types of cars including luxury.

I just wanted to take a moment to share the positive experience I had with Keith. He was not only professional and knowledgeable about the issue I am having with my vehicle, but a great listener and understanding. Also, the cost of the potential repair was reasonable. To mention as well, J & M Auto Service was recommended by the AAMCO on Rainbow Way in Fayetteville if I needed work done to my vehicle that was outside AAMCO's scope of expertise. As AAMCO is a TrustDALE certified repair shop with over 300 POSITIVE Google reviews, that's saying a lot. Therefore, it is without hesitation that I recommend J & M AUTO SERVICE for all your auto repair needs.

Excellent service. Called and got in the same day. The tech immediately investigated the issue; took the vehicle for a test ride with me to verify. Turns out for now the problem could not be repeated the check engine light was cleared. There was no charge at the end. Highly recommend honest work!

(Looks like I wrote this a year or two ago, but didn't post it. Now I'll add that J&M just put on new tires and fixed some undercarriage issues. I appreciate their good work and fair prices.)
J&M just did a clutch replacement that, it turns out, corrected a previous clutch job poorly done by another local shop. They took in my car towed on short notice, did the repair in good time, adjusted the price to "ease the pain" of unexpected repair, and (most important) did a good job. They previously did a brake job for me, also well done. They give good advice and recommendations, and reliable repairs at a good price. I moved to this area about 3 years ago, and one of the important things to find in a new place is a good auto mechanic. A neighbor who grew up here recommended J&M, and I'm grateful for that.

Would recommend this place to anyone. I'm new to the area and was looking for an honest mechanic and I found it.

I brought my vehicle in less than an hour before close. They brought it in right away, brought me into the shop to show me what was wrong, and then gave me options. They said they could do the brake work first thing in the morning. After I left, they called and said they would stay late to finish it!

Not only was the cost very reasonable, I was given a coupon for my next service. Also, since they are in the same building as the Napa Auto Parts, parts are readily available.

Keith and Jesse are amazing both personally and professionally. They are detail oriented in diagnostic and repair work and are incredibly honest. They will say if something needs repaired or replaced and also if it does not. As a woman who can sometimes be taken advantage of in this business I’ve trusted them for 20 years. They’ve never disappointed. Trust them!!!

I am truly satisfied with Jesse as a fantastic vehicle repair mechanic. He gave me a new the motor ( repaired) in my truck and gave me a new truck. Truck had 300,000+ miles on it and it drove like a charm. Could do 80 without any hesitation. By the way my truck was 18 years old. Keith is wonderful as well. He is also so very helpful. They stand behind their work and will make sure things are right. They're the best. By the way I say "Was" because I don't have my truck anymore. Had a bad accident after all the work was done on it. But if you need trustworthy work done on your vehicle this is the place to bring it to.

Keith is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and honest. J&M is my choice for my vehicle maintenance needs.

Keith and Jessie are the BEST! I took my car in for a full AC replacement and these magicians had it done lickity split... They're true professionals with fantastic customer service in mind 100% of the time.

Ladies... I urge you to make this your shop - they are so kind and courteous; they know that there are hundreds of choices out there when it comes to service options however... they will never take advantage of you and they get the job done RIGHT the 1st time and QUICKLY!

Awesome Service! Close to home in Fayetteville...I can't say enough about Keith and his staff! He goes above and beyond for his customers. Very honest business, prices were realistic (other places literally tried to rip me off). These guys are great! I just came here to have my brake pads changed and rotors resurfaced and Keith was awesome! They are very professional here and are not looking to price gouge at all. They really seem to care more about customer experience then just making money. My only problem is I didn’t find them sooner.

I would definitely recommend J & M Auto. They did extensive timing repair and replaced a rear main seal on my truck. One of the reasons I chose them was their warranty on the work. When a part turned out to not be correct they went to great lengths to fully satisfy me on the job. Keith has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions with some challenging issues with my truck to make sure they did the job right and honored their word.
