I’ve been her client for 4 years..Pure excellence in customer service.Very knowledgeable and transparent any concerns or questions I had she has resolved in a timely manner almost to fast lol .Any car I added or took off was done in less then 2 mins. That’s helps especially when time is of the essence.. Always looking for discounts for me and the pure professionalism I get from the team cannot be matched..Guys take notes the Maloney team does it the best! My family and I have been with Brian for many years and we've always been very satisfied with our home/auto coverage. We recently went through a roofing claim that required a new roof to be installed. We worked with a local company Brian recommended and the entire process was very smooth!

I could not have asked for a better agent than Brian Maloney. After a totaled car and a flooded kitchen in a 2 week period, it was an ordeal, but Brian went to great lengths to make sure everything was handled and got me taken care of. There were some complications and every time i reached out he was responsive in minutes if not seconds!! Calling me and with the State Farm claim managers to ensure I got everything covered as timely as possible. When additional costs came in, he made sure they were submitted and reimbursed. When I had questions he got me answers. It was a mess for me, but Brian made it as well managed as anyone could ever hope from an insurance perspective.

Brian Maloney is triple A's... Accountable, attentive, and amazing. Around September 2020, I was shopping for new insurance company after being with another insurance company for 18 years because they decided to blindside me with an insane insurance policy increase.

I came across State Farm and asked for a quote, which came expeditiously, but was followed up with a phone call with Brian Maloney and Brian was a pleasure to speak with, and answered my questions and more. Since September 2020, Brian has always been accountable and attentive when I reached out to him in email and I enjoy when he calls me to discuss issues that require a phone call and he's very receptive to call me then to exchange a trail of emails.
