It’s Wendy’s… sad they got rid of the 4 for 4 but I always enjoy the Jr Baconator with my Lemonade for sure. It’s $5 biggie bag now but oh well, inflation.

Went in for lunch Monday and ran into a good crew. Food was hot and fresh. Employees were pleasant and seemed to all be getting along. I've had much worse experiences in nicer parts of town.

This particular WENDYS on the West Side---fulton industrial Road---is an old favorite of mine;
I always get the chili, a salad 🥗, and a burger 🍔 😋 with extra pickles....Delish!

I had a pretty good sized order for lunch for multiple people, and the lady taking orders in the drive thru was patient and nice. Every order was correct, and all of our food was hot and fresh!

Good service and your ice cream machine works

Food is always fresh and the service is always very fast. Definitely will solve those late night cravings

The crew at this location is awesome. Stopped in for a quick bite on my son’s birthday and they went above and beyond making him feel special. Thank you !!

This visit was beyond exceptional. It was a frigid day and the family just wanted to sit down and enjoy a warm meal. The dining area was very clean, not a spot in site, which is appreciated during the current COVID conditions. The manager Francis and Trina (who works front counter| dining) were so helpful. They made sure the dining experience was excellent. The food was made fresh, piping hot, which again, highlights efficiency.

I usually don’t eat at Wendy’s, because of previous encounters; however Nicole and Princess was the epitome of excellence. They assured me my order was correct after asking them several times. I was a bit much!! I appreciate how pleasant both ladies were towards me. A+ Service, Great Job ladies!!

Great customer service! The manager was kind and respectful. He kept the patrons orders straight, helped with extras and made things run smooth during the lunch crowd. I enjoyed my food and ate in almost peace. There were younger people playing their music loud, but someone in their party addressed it.

Friendly staff and fast service. I asked for fruit for my kids and the person taking my order said they were out. He was new and didn't know where to look so the manager was so kind and gave each of my kiddos free apples.

I was greeted and order taking. Staff was productive and very knowledgeable of the menu. One young lady was fairly new and training but I think she did very very well. Big order and she Aced it❤❤ Kudos team and staff. Dining area and restroom was absolutely at it's best

The drive thru people are Fri endly, fast and accurate on orders. The food is great and reasonably priced. I would recommend the Biggie Bag.

Great service at this location. Everyone was extremely polite and respectful. Even though they got an item on our order wrong, the speed and manner in which it was handled was nothing short of courteous and professional. No one is perfect, but fixing the issue without a fuss, and letting us keep the incorrect item is definitely a great way to keep customers coming back.

This Wendy's was great! Only issue wasn't with them. A truck rear ended us in the drive thru causing damage to our vehicle. Guy fled and even though we have his plate number and description of the truck the police couldn't do anything because it was private property. That was disappointing, but at least our food was good.

Very busy location however they had the staffing adequate for handling a large number of people for lunch. The location is good however it does not appear to be one of their latest updated versions. They offer the same specials as other Wendy's do. Their "value menu" is a bit higher than some of the locations in the area. As for cleanliness, this was as clean as you could expect for as busy as it is. The highway makes re-entry a little more difficult from the main entrance, but the secondary entrance allows you to get to the light without issue.

The drive thru is great. The employees always get it right on the first try and they are all very courteous.
