I've been living here for over a year, and I love it. Crystal is the best and the maintenance staff is awesome as well. I had been wanting to live here for long time. The place is quiet and drama-free and that's what I wanted for me and my daughter.

Great experience!!! Charlotte is an awesome person. She is professional, knowledgeable, and has wonderful customer service skills. Her communication was always timely. The office staff was always friendly and greeted me whenever I entered the office during the whole process. Move in was smooth and uneventful. Thank you Charlotte you went above and beyond to assist me and my family.

I am a 5 year resident of this community and love it here. Although it is family friendly, it is also a quiet and clean community which is the icing on the cake. The children play outside during the day but you don't find loitering out at night. During my residency here the portor would come through the community in the mornings and make sure any debris was picked up so that you enjoy the environment you live in. It is a community for responsible families, meaning that the rules are enforced and you must maintain your apartment and outer area with cleaniness. The community really looks likes the pictures 98% of the time. Another plus is the staff who are always kind and welcoming yet professional. Vivian, in the office is the absolute BEST. New management has taken over the property and I fully expect that they property will be remain cared for with the high standards that were in place. I am hoping that the apartments will soon have the hardwood floors in all the units. The waitlist is worth it!

The staff is here is very friendly and Helpful! Rachel Charlotte and the entire team are kind and very knowledgeable. I am currently living here and give 0 complaints!!!

Great community. Quiet, but the kids play outside, and are very respectful. Kinda refreshing to hear children being themselves. The staff is nice and efficient. Anytime I've made a maintenance call (only twice for minor stuff), they are prompt and courteous.

The community is quiet and clean. Rachel the manager, is always there when I need her and has gone out of her way to make sure my living experience is absolutely amazing. I plan to stay for a while.

I'm not a resident but I stopped in to talk to Rachel with a family member who is relocating to the area. Rachel was so helpful and pleasant although we determined early in the conversation that this community wouldn't be the right fit. Charlotte was a really good help. She makes me feel comfortable to be able to feel secure at my home. She always greets me with kindness and is prompt!

I have been there for less than a month and i admit the wait was long but it was worth it. They kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. now that I am in my place I am in love with it . Any little problem I have I can go talk to them about it will be fixed I love that . The staff is nice respectable at all times great place to live.

I love this community I have stayed here for almost 2 years now ,the leasing Staff are very nice and respectful, I must say Charlotte help me move in she was nothing but the best very Nice & respectable , She helped me every step of the way answered all the calls that I made and made sure that I was nice and comfortable right when she gave me the key ,very nice quiet community.

Great community in historic Scottdale. Clean, pleasant and quiet. The staff is amazing and provide quick and efficient assistance if needed.

Now if they could just do something about the Fox that's been living behind the 700 and 800 buildings for months, that'd be great!

I haven't experience LIVING on the property but THEIR very nice looking and i wouldn't mind LIVING THERE
