Holiday Inn Express & Suites Atlanta Downtown, an IHG Hotel

Such a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly here. Greeted us every time we walked in, even with compliments! Loved that. Everyone in valet was so fast, and friendly despite having to walk quite a bit to get our car for us. The rooms were nice, and made up everyday. The location was a quick walk to good restaurants, and made getting to the conference super easy. Overall 5 stars!

Our room has been cleaned each day in a timely fashion. Food service is amazing and very attentive to detail. The location is just right for our visit . We are close to all the activities we want to get to! It’s our first time and we are having a blast!😊

Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The location was perfect. The moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and efficient staff who made us feel instantly welcome. The room was elegantly furnished, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere.

Amazing breakfast here!!! Great service. Decent rooms. Parking is a huge surprise expense which is why i put 4 instead of 5 stars. $40.00 PER NIGHT for parking

Staying here for a conference and hotel staff is friendly and helpful with ensuring you are satisfied. The hot breakfast was amazing….the biscuits were so delicious…best hotel biscuits I’ve had before. Paulo was the best with helping with my AC unit in my room and the tv.

We had a GREAT stay here. We arrived hours before check in Patrice made us feel right at home. Got our kids snacks and let us all nap safely in the lobby. Rooms were very clean, got us extra towels and a blanket very promptly. We will definitely be back here!

One of the cheapest hotels in the area and it is well worth its value. The rooms are nothing special but it is a safe and clean place to sleep for the night. Easily walkable but there are homeless people hanging outside the front door that will try to bother you. The free breakfast was a great perk. Valet service is easy but you have to street park for it.

The room was small but impeccably kept. Sheets and bed were clean and crisp,. The toilet seat did not fit the 🚽. But everything from check in to breakfast.....ohhh the breakfast staff were excellent. They were seamless in the division of labor. I would never be able to pick up after all these folks and keep the food moving too... the kitchen staff did a remarkable job. Food was hot and tasty 😋. For parking , the valet service is worth it.

Great stay at this Holiday Inn for a 3-night work conference! It was very reasonably priced, and the room was nice and clean with a comfortable bed and a great view of the Ferris Wheel. The location was excellent with a very short walk to the convention center right next to the Olympic park.

Customer service was wonderful. A huge shout out to Patrice for being friendly, checking in, greeting me as I stopped by my room multiple times a day, and even helping me out with a lost keycard! :) The breakfast area was also really nicely stocked with all kinds of goodies, including coffee. The pancake machine was my favorite. Jerine helped me check out, and the process with quick and smooth.

My room was a little tight (small). The breakfast was nice but when I asked for extra towels the service person seemed reluctant ( said that towels needed to be restocked… it was 7:30 PM). The location was very nice and the breakfast area was large and accommodated our large group as a meeting place for morning chatting. Overall, we loved it!

This location was very easy to find. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy. I have stayed in multiple hotels with IHG and this location had the best breakfast I've ever had. The food was fresh. The variety of options was perfect. The kitchen and host staff greeted with warm good mornings. We will be back next time we are in ATL.

The room is too small, there is literally no room to move around in there. There was four of us and it was a tight space. The people at the front desk was nice and very helpful. The breakfast they served was really good, they had a different variety both days we was there. The location is in a great place downtown Atlanta there is so much around you in walking distance. If you can get pass the room being small it was an okay hotel to stay at.

The breakfast was hot and had plenty of variety. The staff kept the dinning area clean and the food stations filled. Pula was a wonderful help and attentive to our needs. The room was comfortable and the shower's heat and pressure are a 10 out of 10. Perfect oasis for our family adventure in Atlanta

Imagine arriving in a new city for the first time, filled with anticipation and excitement. However, our experience with the Airbnb we had booked turned out to be nearly traumatizing. It was so dreadful that late at night, my wife was in tears beside me as I drove aimlessly. Thankfully, we stumbled upon the Holiday Inn, and it was our saving grace. Despite the late hour, the staff went above and beyond, both over the phone and in person, to secure us a room and assure us that everything would be taken care of. Their kindness and efficiency, even at 2 am, left an indelible mark on our first impression of Atlanta. Without their exceptional service and accommodations, our introduction to this vibrant city could have been marred irreparably. Thanks to them, we were able to salvage our trip and enjoy every moment to the fullest.

Location and service has been everything. “Pula”assisted everyone with love and warmth during breakfast, she’s amazing! Patrice helped my mom with all her needs with a smile on his face 24/7 and security was amazing.
The rooms are old however very tidy and fresh!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐First time in Atlanta and my hotel experience with Holiday Inn and the staff was incredible!
All staff was extremely friendly, and helpful, but my favorite was Aneja at the front desk! She was professional, relatable, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable! Definitely the kind of person you want to interact with and check in after a long flight.
🥯🥣🍳🥓☕The continental breakfast had the biggest spread of any Holiday Inn I have stayed at. Egg omelette, egg white and veggie omelette, cereal, yogurt, juice varieties, milk, bread, bagels, biscuits, sausages, oatmeal with brown sugar, walnuts, and raisin toppings, coffee, water, condiments, and fruits.
They even put a welcome sign for my district while we were here attending a conference.
Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable, A/C worked amazing!
🎡⛲🚶‍♀lots of delicious restaurants (Ted's and Slices) nearby, as well as tourist attractions within walking distance!

Our family was in Atlanta for a volleyball tournament and the hotel was in walking distance to everything. Hotel staff were very helpful for anything that we needed. The complimentary breakfast was great and the dining area was clean. Staff in the kitchen kept food coming even with all our teams at the hotel. Would stay again if we came back to town.

Check in was sooooo easy and they allowed early Check in which was super convenient and they offer free breakfast as well which is not like other hotels, it was actually VERY good! I would definitely stay here again especially for how close to the downtown area it is!

We had a wonderful stay in Atlanta for oyr granddaughters graduation. Our room was great and all the staff couldn’t do more to make her stay comfortable. Mrs. Davis is excellent and so was the staff during breakfast. Everything was delicious

The start of the trip was a bit bumpy do to it being the start of a convention weekend, but with how the staff have handled themselves through the experience so far has been superb! We had issues with water pressure in our first room, which was thankfully resolved with a room change. Slept like the dead without noisy interruptions, and the breakfast in the morning far first-class. Special shoutout to Jerine and the rest of the front desk staff for their stellar customer service!
