I have been a customer of Peoples Bank & Trust for the majority of my life. They have always been wonderful, but they continue to improve and evolve even past the incredible service they have always provided. Most recently, I had the pleasure of working with Luanne and the loan team on a custom home build, and the experience could not have been any easier. Everyone here is so helpful, so accessible and so willing to answer any questions. I can't say enough wonderful things about PB&T! Customer for life!

I've been a customer for over a decade and have always received excellent customer service. Our mortgage is through Peoples Bank and Trust and its nice to be able to go in the bank and speak with a loan officer face to face. As opposed to calling one of the large national banks and waiting on hold forever to speak with someone who has no clue who you are. I love my local community bank where the people know your name and greet you as soon as you walk in the door.
