I just had a roof put on by Kornel at Advanced Roofing. This was the 2nd time. I had a roof put on another property in 2018. Both times, Advanced had the best price both times and did a great job. Communication is excellent and they are super easy to work with. Kornel was frank about what colors & shingles would work best and he was right ... saved me from making a bad decision. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing!!!

This was my first time working with Advanced Roofing and could not be happier. I did a complete roof replacement for my home, and they were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Communication was great, the work was done and completed in one day, as they promised. No surprises. Highly recommended.

Just a company easy to work with since the first day. They came highly recommended and decided to go with them after contacting other companies. The work was done fast and clean the same day and according to the weather . No issues along the way, they did deal with our insurance and didn't bother us with every detail.

Worked with them to get a quote and they worked with my insurance. They were easy to work with and did great work. Showed up on time, were extremely professionally, and did a fantastic job. My roof looks great and best of all no longer leaks. If it sounds like i'm gushing, it's because I am. They took what could have been a miserable experience of replacing a roof and turned it into a pleasant easy to navigate experience. I will use again and would recommend with no hesitation.

I know a ton of 5* reviews seems sus, but we've had Advanced Roofing do two jobs for us and both times our expectations have been exceeded so I'd like to add my own 5 stars. Several years ago we had ARR replace our garage and outbuilding roofs, and we were so satisfied with the work we brought them back for our main house roof.

Kornell and his team are fastidious and expert in what they do, resulting in a beautiful finished product. I was impressed by the meticulous cleanup, even. He is passionate about the quality of the materials he and his team are using, and his team works adeptly and efficiently. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with a job well done (and I'm a picky designer!!).

Have just had my log home reroofed by Advanced and could not be happier. Everyone involved was very professional. I must really thank Nick and Kornell for their assistance through the entire process. From the initial inspection and insurance claim, Nick handled everything (and saved me money). Kornell answered any questions I had and even came with one of his workers to act as an interpreter when they fixed a minor problem after the job was done. I would highly recommend Advanced to anyone who needs roofing and wants a competitive price, quality professional work, and outstanding customer service all around

One of the best company experiences I’ve had, especially in the middle of loss. A 70mph gust in a storm ripped our roof cap off and many shingles. Nick got there while it was still raining and the power out, and tarped our roof, saving us from further damage. He worked with our insurance company through a long process (they wanted to repair only the missing shingles) to get them to see we needed a replacement, then quickly sent a great team to give us a quality new roof. More than that, once our interior was dry, he brought together a paint team to repaint the affected ceilings. They aren’t just a quality roofing company, Nick was also a great help and advocate for us to our insurance company! Thanks Advanced!!

Would recommend Advanced Roofing anytime! They did a great job. Our roof looks awsome and they cleaned everything like if they were never here. Very professional! The owner is very transparent, responsive and informed me of the status of the replacement at all times, he also responded to my messages and calls within minutes!

Let me first say that this was an excellent experience from start to finish. I first called Advanced Roofing &Remodeling after a heavy overnight storm. I woke up the morning after to find my bay window floor area covered with water, along with water dripping from the ceiling around my bay area window. I called multiple companies and from the start Kornell (The person who comes to do your estimate) was responsive and said I’ll be there in two hours.
For me, that was big, because the gist of 3 other companies' responses was “We’re busy so I’ll see if I can get to you later this week”. Granted, I knew work wasn’t going to be done the same day but in my expedited situation, I wanted someone to look at ASAP!
Kornell came to my location, was very professional, and gave what in my opinion was a very fair estimate.
He explained the process in detail, and since I live in an HOA said that he would have his guy try his best to make everything look like it was originally.
Being that my home is a new build, right outside of the builder's warranty; Kornell was able to explain to me that the way the flashing was installed for the bay window was done incorrectly. It was a rush job where they nailed the flashing down and put sealant around it.
Kornell explained that the appropriate way of installing flashing is by cutting the mortar and inserting the flashing directly into the home.
No other roofer that came out gave me that level of detail, so for me the choice was easy. I scheduled the appointment, and the roofer arrived promptly, completed the job, and made sure that the area was clean after he left.
Kornell followed up with me, to make sure I was happy with the work provided and gave me tips on maintaining the newly installed bay window flashing.

Again, I can say enough about the excellent service provided by Kornell and the Advanced Roofing Team!

Korneliy gave us a great quote and was upfront about any additional charges that may be accrued during the roofing process. Once we signed with them, the process of scheduling was streamlined and painless. Finally, on the day, they showed up at the agreed upon time on the dot and got to work. They were efficient and did the job very professionally. They kept me informed the entire time and even sent pictures of the damage they found that resulted in having to replace decking and they were very upfront with the additional cost, which the possibility was also discussed when they gave the initial quote so it was not a surprise. They also fixed damage on the soffit which I didn't think to request for them to fix and I'm very thankful for the extra effort. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing for any roofing work you may need, they were so helpful during a very stressful time.

First of all, Can I say that I love love love my new roof. I give all the credit and praise to Octavian! Octavian was amazing! He came to my house and did a thorough roof assessment. He was very knowledgeable about the process from start to finish. He educated me on the different qualities and styles of roofs. He was so professional and he was always on time. This is a great company. I sent them an email requesting an estimate. They came out within a couple of days. I received a follow up text from Daniel Lungu asking if I had gotten the estimate, which I had not. Once I verified my email address, they sent it right over. Daniel was very responsive during the whole process. Any questions I had, I just sent him a text and he would either text me right back or call me. After we agreed on a price he had his team come out within a couple of days. Daniel came by the morning of to make sure everything was going ok. He updated me on anything extra that needed to be done before they did it as he said he would. They were fast and efficient and left my yard looking like they were never here. I didn't find any nails or debris which is great! I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roof! I'm definitely pleased with the work. My roof looks amazing!

I write quite a few reviews but I have to say, I was eager to write this one. From my first call to Kornell, to the last call, I cannot express enough how professional, courteous, and HELPFUL he was. I was able to have my new roof put on just a few days later and the crew was phenomenal. I expressed how I'd previously had a bad experience with a different roofing company on another home about how they did a poor job of cleanup after replacing the roof. Kornell assured me that the crew would go over everything thoroughly and they did! A week later and I've yet to see one nail or piece of roofing anywhere. The crew worked quickly and did an amazing job! My husband and I are truly grateful we chose to go with this company and would recommend them 100 times over to anyone who is looking to have their roof replaced. And the professionalism shown by Kornell was truly something breath-taking.
