Jam up job from start to finish by Universal Roofing and Construction. They sent out Cole that did the initial inspection, came out a second time to be onsite with the insurance adjuster, and a third time to tarp the roof after we discovered a new leak post a storm. Cole was awesome to work with, actually showed up to make sure the crew was taken care of (on install day), and communicated throughout the install (it was super cool getting updates throughout the day on their progress too). It’s hard to find reputable companies these days, but Universal is definitely not a fly by night company. Two words to describe the company: Top Notch!

Thank you to Russell Allen and Universal Roofing and Construction for working with us and our insurance company in getting a completely upgraded roof! From working with the insurance company and adjuster to the team that quickly got the job done, it was flawless! The team worked so fast and cleaned up so well, we could hardly tell they were there! The icing on the cake though was when we got home from a walk, the trailer filled with the all the debris was gone! The avg is 24-48 hours. They got it out in less than 2! The roof looks amazing!

What a fantastic roofing company! Very quick to respond to my initial inquiry and top-notch service throughout the process. Our project manger, Cole Nolan is an expert in his field. Very knowledgeable in roofing and the various products, and also quite adept at navigating the realm of processing insurance claims. Cole was tenacious in wrestling a fair settlement from our insurance company. He made multiple trips out here to make our case for the insurance company and adjuster. The project itself was quality work. The site manager Kevin and his team did a great job. The roof looks great and they did a nice job with the cleanup and putting everything back in its place and clean. Without hesitation, I would recommend Universal roofing.

The whole process from beginning to end was flawless. The timing and strategy by Russell Allen for this project was unmatched. Super grateful for his willingness and walking with us every step of the way. A true blessing and now we have added years to our home.

I had the pleasure of working with Kyle from Universal Roofing, and he made the process entirely worry-free. He explained the every step fully and answered all of my questions, and he was there throughout the install to ensure everything went smoothly with his crew as well as after the job was done to do a final walkthrough and cleanup of any leftover debris and nails. From the day we chose to go ahead till we even got our solar removed / roof replaced and solar panel put back, DJ and team were professional , communicative and very prompt. I have done roof replacement on my previous house but this was no less than a white glove service. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. Keep it up guys .

My roof was battered by the hail storm at the end of March, and this was the first major claim I had made on my Homeowners Insurance (Travellers - who were also great). Their Project Manager, Mason, walked me through the whole process and handled the insurance inspectors and the crew.

Just had my roof replaced by Universal Roofing and Construction. They were professional, communicated well, and did a great job in one day.
Randie has guided me through the process and answered all my questions, helped with hail damage claims and was with me every step of the way.
All that said, I want to make a special mention to Austin and his crew. Austin was on the site the whole time with the crew and even made sure I was totally happy before he left our home. That crew was a well oiled machine, all business and made sure if there was any questions they asked Austin for my input. My answer was always do it like it was your home, and they did. If I could give these people 10 stars across the board I would. If you are in need or roof replacement these guys are great.

Recently, I hired Universal Roofing to install a new roof. Through this process, from roof evaluation through its completion, I coordinated with Universal's representative, DJ Coots. From the beginning, I challenged DJ to achieve an A+ grade on my project. He did! The entire process went smoothly and, each step along the way, DJ was helpful, responsive and considerate. When I contacted other managers at Universal, they answered my questions patiently, thoroughly and politely. With Universal/DJ's oversight, my new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards were installed carefully by Morales Gutters. They, too, were very professional and considerate. I recommend Universal and, initially, suggest contacting DJ for advice.

We had our roof inspected by Kyle Rushing with Universal Roofing & Construction as a periodic maintenance item, not expecting to find any damage on our 17 year old architectural shingled roof. Kyle found numerous hail hits as well as a deep gouge that had penetrated the shingle and was causing rot to our decking. None of this was visible from the ground! Kyle provided excellent service in helping us understand and move through the claim, inspection, approval, and build.

Once the old shingles were removed, additional rotting wood was found and repaired before new materials were put in place. We were so thankful to have had a quality team on our build!

The roofing crew arrived on time, protected our plants and property, worked hard to complete the job in one day, and left our property better than they found it. Kyle was on site to manage the build and make sure everything went smoothly. We highly recommend Kyle Rushing and Universal Roofing and Construction!

I really don’t know where to begin Dj was amazing and truly a blessing from start to finish. Not only did him and his team carefully move things around outside to get the job done they put it back better than it was. Not to mention Dj went above and beyond and tried to fix my mailbox and pointed out other things he saw around the house he communicated every step of the way and his team was professional hard-working and thoughtful I would definitely recommend them for any of your roofing needs.

I had tried several local companies and I did not even get a callback (yes I know we the town was hit hard by the hurricane but a courtesy call to say that it may be weeks before anyone would come would hev been nice)
So after about 1 month after the hurricane, and waiting for local companies to contact me back I decided to contact Universal Roofing Construction after seeing a sign next in the house next door.

Within an hour I was contacted back by Kevin and the process started..
Answers all my questions and even others questions I did not know to ask.

Kevin took really good care of us and kept us up to date and informed along the way.
Great planning skills and kept on track with the schedule that was set.

Came with his crew and started in the morning and by the time I was back from work, it was all done...

We are really happy with our new roof and Kevin and his team did a wonderful job for us.
