Reid Nix and staff at Allstate provide excellent customer service. Whether you just need to ask a quick question or update your policy, they are there to assist. The same goes with filing a claim. The arbitration process takes awhile, but the Allstate team persevered and I was reimbursed 90% of my out-of-pocket expenses. Can’t say enough good things about them! I have dealt with The All State company on Hwy 78 in Stone Mtn. since 1970 I have had All State as my carrier. Reid Nix is there now and his father that was the leader there was always professional, kind and friendly. This office has always been a warm helpful atmosphere. Reva Colvin was a great retired employee. Best to her retirement for all she helped me with. Ashley is a wonderful asset and a strong group of people truly trying to expedite and help you when we get in trying stressful situations that we are insured for.
