This is the best plumber in the business. We’ve had a problem with the toilet for over two months. I was looking for a plumber to fix my problem, I called many companies. None gave me a solution, they told informed me that I need a remodel. I came across Charles Plumbing online, he told me that he could fix it at a very low-cost. He came to have a look at it and in less than 10 minutes. The problem was gone.

1000% recommend Charles! I had two leaking valves. Called him Monday at 7:30, he came out at 11, and had the valves fixed before 1. He’s extremely personable, and explains everything he is doing. While he was at the house, he solved my mud problem around the AC condenser. I thought it was just condensation, but it ended up being the pressure release valve on my water heater. He replaced it extremely quick. Charles had every opportunity to charge ungodly amounts of money, but kept his pricing extremely fair.

As we all know, nobody wants to waste anybody's time so an estimate helps. In example, for a tech to come spend 1 minute to take a look. Especially for those that has specific budgets, an estimate will definitely help.

However, Charles was very professional and he does not give up in helping me get my Hot side Pex pipe manifold replaced entirely with copper. He is very responsive per all of the questions I had via Phone calls/texts.

I've hired Charles for 2 jobs so far- one that was a slight emergency and the other was starting to become one. Not only is he knowledgable, he makes sure you understand what normal is. The first job we hired him for was our pressure valve. It had always been noisy in my home but it suddenly started varying in pressure throughout the house. He showed me how incredibly high the pressure was, what it should be, and gave a quick estimate of how much it would cost to change it out. He completed the job really quickly and showed me where the pressure valve even was in the home. The second job we had a leak in the pipe leading to our home. We didn't know how bad or how long it had been going on but the yard was wet and it hadn't rained for 2 days. It ended up being a pinhole leak in an old copper pipe, but Charles was fantastic. Again, he gave a quick estimate, and completed the job quickly. I appreciate the professionalism Charles brings to the table. His assistant also works very hard. It's a pleasure having both of them in our home for our plumbing needs. Thank you so much for being so reliable.

Charles and Henry did a great job repairing the underground leak I had. You can tell that they care about the customers and the quality of work they provide. Throughout the whole process, he showed me what he was doing and explaining everything in thorough detail. Even after he left, he was responsive via the phone and answered any questions or problems I had after. They made sure to leave the site clean before they left and were genuine, down-to-earth people.

Me experience was great. We had a leak from the tub upstairs that was showing a wet spot on the kitchen ceiling. We called Mr.Charles the next morning and he answered the rescue call. Within a copilot hours he was there before the time he originally estimated and solved the problem. He will be the only plumber I will call if I have any problems. He tightened the loose bathroom sink faucet and made our life normal again. Thanks for the great service.

I called Charles because the handle on my shower was stuck and wouldn't cut off the water, he walked me through the shut-off process. He also responded in less than a hour, came over and completed the job in less than 30 minutes. He was very responsive, professional, and his pricing is very reasonable. Charles was great. After trying several others and having a plumber show up with no equipment, I spoke with Charles. He said he could not come out until morning, but he heard how upset I was over the phone. He asked for my address and showed up 30 minutes later. Told me that he couldn't leave me hanging. We had 2 toilets and a tub backing up with water and not draining. The job was finished in an hour and Charles worked hard, was very professional and reasonable with pricing even though this was after hours. Highly recommended. We got new countertops and needed to install the faucet and garbage disposal We also had a leak at one of the shut off valves and needed to have the plumbing reconstructed. Charles arrived on time, with plenty of positive energy. Introduced himself gave his background and made you feel good you called the right guy.
